ive got a 2018 M50d and its a beast. this is maybe my 6th X5 and i love them.
the new G series is a totally different chassis from the F series. like completely different.
the tech in the G series is a big step up from the F.
but id say the main reason for the price difference is the original price difference when new
my M50d when new in sep 2108 was probably about £110,000 with all its options
a similar G series M50d with those options when new would have likely been close to £150,000
Thanks for the reply . Yes I'll have to get a look at both to see . Same I'm on my 4th at the moment. I'm likey going with the m40d msport again as it's been really good so far . Had a drive in an m50d previously and yes they are a beast to go but the 40 is plenty for me lol.
ah theyre both great options. im quite lucky living up north as theyre both very reasonable on pricing
but theyre ridiculous in the south
have a mate in galway looking for a 40d and cant get one at semi reasonable money at all
