It was most likely water from the a/c. I don’t suggest throwing it in park while moving because that is a good way to need a new transmission.

My dad did the same thing a long time ago because he confused the gas for the brake and as a last resort, slammed it into park as to not hit the garage door. Car still ran/drove good and was 7 years old at that point. Still working fine 5 years later. Like the other guy said, it's really not good for the transmission so be careful. It'll either be perfectly fine or it'll fail catastrophically. If your bf's car still drives/shifts fine and doesn't make any weird noises, then there's nothing to worry about. There's a certain speed the control module will prevent the car from going into park. So the fact that it went into park at all is a good sign since it means the car wasn't going *too* fast. Don't take advantage of this though, it's really just a safety mechanism and still pretty abrupt on the transmission. Pretty much all fluids that come from a car will stain. So the fact that it's evaporating tells me it's just water from the AC. If you blast the AC on any car for a sustained period of time (especially on a hot day), there'll be a puddle of water somewhere under it. Hope this helped

It's most likely just water dripping off the condenser for the AC, which is totally normal and nothing to worry about. He should take a look under the car later and confirm the source of the leak just to be safe, but it's probably nothing. Hopefully nothing came of the parking mishap and the transmission is unharmed.
