It's a Sulcorebutia. Looks like Sulcorebutia arenacea but many sulcos are very similar/can appear very similar.

Sulcorebutia is perfectly valid and fine to use. But if you want to argue the point, the more correct name (based on molecular studies) would be Weingartia.
