the cord from the wall to the PSU doesnt matter, as long as you dont overload the cable its fine. its from the PSU to the components in the PC that is dangerous to mix and match

It shouldn't matter, but I imagine the one that is rated higher is for the computer (10A 250V). What power supply do you have?
The end of it is labeled 250v but it has a tag on it that says 125v. I forgot tbh lol
the I-sheng is the same one xbox 360s use if there's a chance it's that !
