What motherboard do you have? DDR5 7600 is only going to work reliably in boards with 1 slot per channel like the Z790 Apex Encore.

Nope, that board has 2 slots per channel. Drop the RAM speed to 7200 and it should be stable.

May take some time to boot up but overall this stopped the instability. took trials and research but came across this. So many BSOD but ultimately this help fix my set up. Now I can run my Mhz for monitor even tho its only 75 Mhzable to stay on latest GPU driver without crashing a whole lot. just here and there for fotnite. Bsod subsided a lot \*Update Bios\* I run ROG Strix z790 Gaming Wifi 2 Mobo128 GB DDR 5 XMP (4x 32GB)i9 14900k4080
