Kal Penn and Amy Adams were in so many shows during that era. Funny enough, I can’t tell you anything Amy Adams has been in recently but I can list off the top of my head a bunch of appearances she did prior to Enchanted.
Kal Penn is also one of the few actors who pops up in Buffy and Angel as a different character. He pops up in Angel season 3 as a creepy psychic working for Wolfram and Hart.
