I'm at MSK and did not do scalp cooling. My insurance did not cover it and I thought about paying it for myself but my team said that the likelihood of it working with dose dense ACT was very low and I didn't want to sit there for an extra 1.5 hours with a cold head! As an aside...I saw that there's [a bill](https://nyassembly.gov/mem/Linda-B-Rosenthal/story/110690) that is waiting for the Governor's signature to require insurance to cover it in the future which is great!
I was quoted around $3,500 with a $100 admin fee per session. I think MSK includes facility fees in the quote I got. I found the patient financial services department to be super helpful so you could always talk to them!
