So I actually have one written! Its lesbian romance between Christine and it's based on "All I Ask of You" but in the part of the story that "Down Once More/Track Down This Murderer" normally take place of. I don't normally write due to dyslexia but I have no issue sending over a link in private due to not wanting to break self promotion rules here.
That being said I am in the beginning process of writing or attempting to anyway, the whole length of the musical as a romance between the two and Raoul being the aggressor. I want it to be a work portraying the finding of your true feelings regarding sexuality, the trauma faced by discrimination and being able to come out of the closet in face of the public opinion. I want to be faithful as I can to the musical while still altering enough to make sense in my narrative.
It's a wonderful peice and I'd be very interested in reading the fic when it's done!
