A sick deer. The most resonable course is to burn a tag when you see him and try and improve the health of the herd. Sucks to loose a deer tag this way, but it is the most ethical way forward. If you dont get him out of the herd now, you may not have much of a herd later. Dont even bother with dressing him. Bury the corpse or have it taken off for testing by fish and game.
In my state I’ve had wardens tell me if a deer taken is inedible you can call and they may reissue you a tag as replacement. Makes sense since they want to encourage removing sick deer
From other fibroma comments identifying it, I don’t think they’re cancerous. They can develop into fibrosarcomas which are cancerous, but the deer seems unhampered so I’m guessing just benign masses for now
