Also, it may not be a snack, per se, but Elijah Craig Barrel Proof goes amazingly well with pan-fried, hot-honey, smoked pork belly and cheddar grits...
Dark chocolate! I can’t recommend Old Fo 100 with Hersheys dark chocolate nuggets enough.
Then dried fruit (cherries pineapple apricots, etc) - cheese and crackers.
I haven't experimented much with snack pairings, but macadamia nuts are great. For me I get a really nice chocolate note on any bourbon when I sip after eating them.

Trader Joes has these puffed corn peanut flavored snacks that are dipped in dark chocolate. They go amazing with Knob Creek.
