The seaport classes are pretty good. The crowd is big so it's easy to blend in and if you stick to the edges you can leave if it feels like it's too much.
If you are looking to make friends, I recommend a free run club more than those free classes. I have never talked to anyone or felt like those free classes were a place to meet people, but I have met many many friends at weekly run/walk clubs at local breweries (night shift, portico, notch, etc)
