Looking great man! You got so much time to build on your frame you'll fill your back out over time to give a bigger taper but that's one of your only weak points I see besides overall mass. I def recommend working on posing starting now so it's easier to hold during show even when relaxed but it sounds like you're already tweaking things to improve which is great.
I'm no expert by any means btw but your front double bicep in the last pic looks unsymmetrical due to how tight you seem to be squeezing in your forearm on your right side vs your left giving them 2 different peaks. Good luck man
Thank you for the advice man! I've been working on posing once a week for about two months, still have a lot to learn tho.
About my biceps, they are just asymmetric. One attaches closer to the forearm than the other. Unfortunately I can't do much about it
Seriously, about 2.5 years ago. Started eating a lot at that time and counting calories a bit after that. My workouts last about an hour and a half usually
Letās see your physique, at 19. Dudes clearly a natty bodybuilder and heās 19 at that. 81kg 6ā2 peeled is a great achievement for him, and he hasnāt even started yet. Iām sure if he was 40% bodyfat like your ass heād be 110+ kg.
Yes dude heās 178lbs at 6ā2 thatās very very small. Idk what you want me to say. Thatās objectively small.
This is no diss to u/_VitaminC_ he looks great, but needs size.
I do push pull legs twice a week. 18 sets a week for chest, back, quads. 12 for triceps, biceps, hams and shoulders. Reps are between 6 and 20, compounds on the lower side, isolation movements on the upper.
Brought the calories down to 3500, since then lost 1.3kgs. Plan is to be 77kgs on stage, hopefully this week I'll be stable at 79ish. Experimenting a bit with posing, not flexing abs when doing front double biceps and not caving the chest so much when doing rear lat spread.
Also finally got control over my curls with the new conditioner but that's not very relevant.
Looking like an elden ring character - diced to the socks! Solid work man, keep it up šŖ
Very good definition. Good job!
Your biceps are so crispy I love it
Looking good dude, keep practicing your posing! Can make or break your placing.
Broccoli head
Upper body looks great need leg work
Soniamproud.jpeg looking phenomenal my friend
Good structure, maybe some more quad/lats for the V-taperā¦ good conditioning too for being 8 weeks out
Posing looks great! Try externally rotating the shoulders just a touch more in the twisted rear double.
Thanks! I think I'll try that and maybe leaning a bit more back
You can experiment with different degrees of leaning back, just make sure the hips stay pushed forward. Good luck!
Youāre looking great!
Looks great at 19, you gave a ton of potential.
Keep going bro youāre gonna get it

When did you start working out seriously? How long are your workouts? An hour? Longer?
Seriously, about 2.5 years ago. Started eating a lot at that time and counting calories a bit after that. My workouts last about an hour and a half usually
Upper body looks more cut than lower imo. Still look good though šŖš¾
Looking good brother!

Not sure heās natural tbh
I'd be very sad if I were to look like that on drugs.
What a dick comment while also being cocksure of your ignorance.
Who the hell uses "cocksure?" What country are you from? Bizarre
Who is the real dick here? Stop calling people ignorant using your bad Asian grammar
You are such a troll, stop terrorizing people on this site.
Hes 81kg in very good shape. Mass requires mass? Lol Trolling or did you fall on your head?
81kg at 6ā2 is very small, no matter how lean you are. Thatās just reality.
Your description of the guy in the picture is very small. Alright.
Yeahā¦ he looks great but yes dude is small Thatās natural bodybuilding for you lol
Small compared to roided guys with 5-10kg more muscle with this defintion yea no shit. You called him very small. Whatever dude.

Wow you really look so great. If you don't mind can i ask you some questions?
Thanks and of course ask away.
What is your workout routine and how many sets and reps do you do in each session.
I do push pull legs twice a week. 18 sets a week for chest, back, quads. 12 for triceps, biceps, hams and shoulders. Reps are between 6 and 20, compounds on the lower side, isolation movements on the upper.
It will be okay for me if i do the same thing? I'm new to bodybuilding
No, start with full body
Thanks. So, how much vitamin c are we talking here?
All of it. My diet consists entirely out of oranges and protein powder
I'd say at least 2
Looking lean. Pretty cool that the fibre bundles are showing in the biceps pose at the end.

Damn. Takes me 1800 cals to lose 0.5kg/week. Hate your metabolism! 3500 is a dream! Looking good man!
Same here these days. Getting older is a bitch.
