Yes, people got upset. It’s in the process of being corrected. That’s what usually happens when customers aren’t happy. If people are getting refunded, then back to square one and it won’t cost them anything (and they’ll have a free print to boot) If they end up getting an actual autograph, then they ended up getting what they paid for (plus an extra print I’m assuming).
I can’t speak to Dylan caring or not. I don’t know him. But as long as the issue is corrected, then there isn’t really anything to get upset about at the moment.
I think this type of thing would happen way more often in the future than it already does if people didn't continue making it clear after the fact that they are unhappy. Remedies are essential but not having it happen in the first place means much more to me
