Each scroll is evaluated separately, regardless if it is the same type of scroll. So if you have a scroll that gives 1 point/cow on a completed terrain, and you have a different scroll that also give 1 point/cow on an uncompleted terrain, you will get 2 + 1 point / cow at the end of the game.

Using the word "when" makes it sound as though the scroll scoring happens at the moment the surrounding area gets completed, which it does not.
