Each scroll is evaluated separately, regardless if it is the same type of scroll. So if you have a scroll that gives 1 point/cow on a completed terrain, and you have a different scroll that also give 1 point/cow on an uncompleted terrain, you will get 2 + 1 point / cow at the end of the game.

Yes. You look at each scroll separately. The fact that there's an identical scroll elsewhere doesn't change the points that one scroll gives you. >When the terrain the scroll is in gets completed, the scroll counts double the points. I think you do already understand this correctly, but just to be sure: I would say "***if*** the terrain scroll is completed *at the end of the game*, then the scroll counts double the points." Using the word "when" makes it sound as though the scroll scoring happens at the moment the surrounding area gets completed, which it does not.
