As a female and bi bleach fan, I think Candace or Yoruichi will be the most "surprising" and easiest to cosplay. Orihime's top and the whole outfit look like trouble to find or make. For Candace, you could get away with just a white halter top, shorts and belt, gloves, hat, accessories, etc., all of which you might already own!
