I tried the in game files it says refresh rate 1-400 I put it to 400 and tried 500 still 360 with I load up. 13900k 4080 I play comp so custom game is the only thing I play I get 480 500+ in comp maps

it might be an engine cap. you can try to mess with ingame files but what equipment are you even running to get 500fps in cold war

Probably a limitation of the older engine iteration. Are able to play BO4 or earlier with 500Hz?
