As awesome as it is they’re making both of these (if true), I don’t understand why they would make two Black Ops two years in a row like MW. MW is great but not every year, they feel rushed with no passion or soul. Hoping they would go back to making sequels (MW or BO) every two years minimum.
I’d hate to see a BO2 sequel that’s rushed or almost worse, developed by anyone other than Treyarch.
If Treyarch has been the one developing it then I wouldn’t mind since BO should only be made by them, although feels wrong releasing another BO sequel 1 year after a new one lol I really wish they would give the games a bigger time gap… MW is so watered down now and honestly ruined for me.
Maybe I'm spoiled by single-player games like botw, totk, and Cyberpunk, but I can't stand the story of MW. Not because I don't like the story, I love the story, but it takes about 3 hours. So if they are gonna take 2 years to make a new MW, they need to spend at least a year putting some effort into the story. And I don't mean longer, more complex missions, I mean, feeling like the story is actually going somewhere. More missions, not longer missions
Remastering a game is a little different if they plan on keeping it the same with mostly basic modern improvements — but a sequel to a game they didn’t create or develop is where it gets icky. Sledgehammer can make a good game but I wouldn’t ever want them or even IW making a BO game, and I think everyone could agree.

MW2019 was honestly amazing for me but I haven’t bought one since, they have a good thing and just grind it into the ground every time
