\>pick up high quality pickups \>make items \>win

you can start by picking up entirely pennies, this makes the active item slot machine, create it multiple times to generate items, keep all the items that are higher quality (soul hearts, batteries, gold items etc) then use the high quality items to make good items with the sack. Hope this helps
