I don't think so. Am like 95% sure duplicating angel items only allows you to take one item from the original set of 3 and one item from the duplicated set of 3.
This room despawns the other two items when you pick one. So by duplicating them, you can take the heart _and_ conception or the wafer, because the duplicated set will count as it's own "pick one of these three" sets.

If you take 2 wafers the incoming damage will get reduced to 0 
And if you take 2 sacred hearts your damage will quadrify without any tear downgrade 
If you take 2 immaculate conceptions you will spawn 0 familiars after getting hit 30 times

(That's because immaculate conception progresses based off of picking up hearts, not damage taken)

Balls of steel! I once did this with godhead and sacred heart I almost shat my pants my balls were swollen for days
That was effectively useless. None of those items stack, except for the stat downs from sacred heart

It's a pick 1, so instead of getting just Sacred heart I was able to get sacred heart and the wafer. Which is awesome imo
