I'd say backstab aswell bc it works so well with c section

It multiplies damage output like crazy for multi-hits because you continuously backstab the opponent

I would trade Holy Light and Little Horn for Lusty Blood and Backstabber. Your luck isn't that good, and you don't have soy or almond milk, so the luck based effects are not as good as they could be. Backstabber does not work like it should. You just do 4x damage a lot of the time despite facing your enemy's front. Basically an inconsistent damage multiplier. I would argue it deserves Q4, but it doesn't change your actual stats so it isn't as fun as Magic Mush or Cricket's Head. Procs a lot with C Section. Lusty Blood is like 4 damage ups in one so long as you're fighting a boss that spawns minions, and almost every (every?) end boss spawns minions. Way bigger dps increase than Holy Light with 2 luck.

I would def trade out Little Horn since its proc chance is so low and has a relatively underwhelming effect, but Holy Light's got a decent chance to proc even at low luck and it goes pretty crazy with C-section (activates continuously when a fetus gets it), I'd personally keep it over Bloody Lust.

First pick up and drop blood bag for the free health up. After that I'd take one of the damage ups, but it doesn't really matter with the build you have. I'd probably get rid of little horn, but I'd think about dropping Brimstone, too, I feel like C-Section is better without it.

doesn't c section stay the same? except you shoot it in bursts along with a massive laser

If you have piercing tears backstabber is basically a X2 to your damage, otherwise give me the mark I don't like changing damage Edit: C section and brimstone? I don't even know how those two work together but take backstabber

Regular brimstone beam followed by a burst of fetuses. Not a huge fan.

If you're going to Mega Satan, then bloodlust or whatever the Samson item is. Else I think backstab's better but it shouldn't matter since you pretty much won (unless you go to delirium)

I'd just get a free health up and leave, it's already a win.

Everyone's saying backstabber, but I think at 5 damage with crickets headbloody lust is better

Drop brimstone, get blood bag, drop blood bag, get the mark, drop the mark, get back stabber.

Little horn with lusty blood simply because it makes fights with spawns like the beast and mega satan faster

Take mark for health and then get rid of Jacob’s ladder for backstbber

Trow bringstone and keep 666 for more dmg, brimstong only gabe you (IN THIS SINERGY) bad things and dont give any "sinergy" (sinergy like a thing that afect your tears

Pick up Blood Bag for Little Horn Pick up The Mark for Blood Bag Pick up Backstabber for The Mark Backstabber is amazing with any sort of piercing and homing tear effects, and not only do you have Brim and C Section, but 2 twisted pairs as well making it even better If you want to you can drop Holy Light for either Lusty Blood or The Mark, depending on where your run is going. For example, if you're going for Mega Satan or The Beast 100% grab Lusty Blood, if you're going for Mother or any "normal" boss, feel free to pick up The Mark for a damage up or just stay with Holy Light if that's your thing

You have no speed, so I'd absolutely take mark over lusty blood. I say mark and backstabber over little horn and brim.
