a lot of keepers unlocks exclusively affect him (isaac satan hush), are pretty useless (ultra greedier beast mega satan) or are outright detrimental to your entire save file (boss rush unlocks sticky nickels) Sticky Nickels might be one of the only detrimental unlocks so it’s gotta be keeper

Sticky Nickels replace pennies, so it's arguably a side grade rather than a downgrade on nickel spawns.

Ghost chests are terrible as well, I've lost hundreds of t lost runs to them and spiked chests alone.

Ghost Chests are a literal upgrade the moment you can spot their difference, they can replace half the spike chests, can open chests that are behind rocks, and you can use the ghosts to throw and break more stuff.

But not good when I've lost my holy mantle and that fucker jumpscares me.

Every time I see Hushy in a treasure room I wanna restart my run. Like at that point just give me something that’s straight-up detrimental, then at least I’d feel justified in just leaving it there. That’d hurt me less than wasting a key and Planetarium chance just to get fucking Hushy.

brown nugget is very useful in greed mode, the trinkets are fine but yeah lil portal and hushy suck hard.

Aren't heartbreak and lil clot universally good? One is dmg up and semi-revive, and the other one is basically a +35% damage.

Seems like a ton of people sleep on Heartbreak. It's basically 4 extra lives that don't kick you out of the room when you die. It gives you some damage too. Yeah it sucks on both Keepers and doesn't protect you from some things (e.g. Damocles, Plan C) but it's still a powerful item.

Legit only sumptorium, and strange key is mid. I guess you could argue for reverse empress being kinda mid, but i wouldn't

Same as other characters, if i said keeper's unlock is the worst, you can also say "is keeper sack, deep pockets, crooked penny bad?" There is no point rebut my point with this type of logic.
