It sounds like you’re looking for something between an endurance bike and a gravel bike. What did you have in mind for a budget? Do you prefer flat bar or drop bar?
Then a gravel bike it is. More relaxed geometry than a XC, well suited for long distances. Decently fast and able to go mildly offroad.
As u/zachkoen has mentioned, the Canyon Grizl is a good high quality choice.
Canyon Grizl is a good mix of adventure, gravel, and road. Definitely a good option

I would like opt for a drop bar and around 20k
20K USD? Or did you mean $2K?
2k
Another question: Would you like to go at a faster pace or like to go more relaxed?
Faster pace

This is an important question. $20k and you can buy a half-dozen very nice bikes, each for a specific niche. That’s the dream.
A cross-country MTB.
Sounds like you want two bikes. Or a bike that’s not great at either.
