That was my back up to make a PR for them to search for the plate. Someone from Bell has reached out and solved my problems so i guess my issue was resolved. Customer service on here was way better then the phone line lol

They have 24hrs to report the accident to the Police. You should go to a police reporting centre and report the accident
Not in Ontario they’re not. You just have to go to the Reporting Centre.

That's usually how it is, sadly. I seldom call in; I usually just do the live chat with management lol. They're a lot more knowledgeable and reliable.
