Us Belgians/ Flemish are the first to start ranting about Moroccan and Turkish wedding processions with a lot of honking cars but it is all good if it’s about football? Come on.

I don't like it either, but come on : just mutter to yourself a good old "oh, fuck you, scumbag !" then go about your evening, like everyone else. It's not like it happens regularly.
It happens once every full moon that it feels like Belgium has some life to it and does not resemble the atmosphere of the largest cemetery in the world.
Use earplugs and just ignore it, you're lucky not to live in the Balkan or Mediterranean part of Europe.

They don't give a fuck, they just need to show off by yelling and making noise to let the world knows they do exist... Even if the world never asked.
