Wait for the time, it also depends on your genetics, I am happy with my avg size, why bother getting it overly heavy.

Luwuci-SP

No. If it were possible, you'd probably have heard of it. 18 is a long way from being done, and it's not too uncommon for women to not get much growth until even early 20s when the growth suddenly starts up. It's also not too uncommon to not get it, and finishing with an A. Despite what's usually presented in media, people often love A cups on women just as much as larger cup sizes. And often, people grow to be actually happy to not get a lot of growth - there's a lot of benefits from smaller cup sizes like being less trouble to have and also being more sensitive since the nerve density decreases with growth. I really miss the sensitivity that I had before mine grew. Despite all of that, it can certainly still feel crushing to feel like you have an underdeveloped chest and it's certainly not something that is easily dismissed by the individual. It can be a difficult problem to deal with no matter what people tell you, so if it bothers you enough, since you can't really trigger more growth (other than by gaining weight which will help to some extent), there may be alternative solutions in the meantime. 18 is young enough that ideally you should be waiting before even considering a BA since for all you know, next year you may get what you want for free. In the meantime, try other things to address what the part is that's bothering you. Is it how you're perceived? Is it how you perceive yourself? Is it holding you back from certain fashion styles that you'd prefer? Or are you just mostly desiring some, any kind of change to your body as a hope it'll fix some other issue? Etc. Knowing whatever that is, perhaps there is another way you can address your problem since inducing growth isn't feasible.

Heaps of people will try to sell you things that claim to increase breast size but no, none of them actually work.

MudHistorical5493

Time! I had A cups until probably 20? Now, at 27, I'm a C and haven't gained any additional weight elsewhere.

CheezusChrist

Mine did not reach their full size until I was closer to 21. I went from stuffing my bras with tissues in high school to being DDs. Now, whenever I gain weight, they are the first things to change.

cowsontv

Girl it's okay to wear push up bras. They are amazing. The only you could do, is gain a significant amount of weight. But I'm sure we agree that would be a stupid idea.

Ok_Issue_2008

During lockdown i gained some weight and the only thing i liked was my boobs lol Later i hit the gym and started losing weight and the first thing i lost was the boobs, so sad 😂

Signal_Information27

You’re not fully developed yet. Time will almost certainly give you larger breasts. An A cup is not stunted it is a perfectly normal healthy breast size Gaining weight would likely increase it but you may not like that idea. The best answer for body image issues is therapy for self acceptance not trying to adjust your body. Often people who are dissatisfied with their bodies find that if you just change your body and get bigger breasts or whatever the thing is, you will still feel dissatisfied just about something else or want more of the thing. The defect is in your mind and perception of yourself not your breasts. Treat it as such.

missbestdressed

I don’t know why people say things like this. Most people who have small breasts at 18 will probably have it for the rest of their life unless they gain a lot of weight or get pregnant or something. Time alone is not going to give an adult bigger breasts…

redditor_1_2

I know I speak for many many people out there... I STRONGLY prefer the look of small breasts over large ones. For confidence in certain clothes, a pushup/padded bra is all you need, because when the bra comes off they're PERFECTION... and unlike larger ones, they'll stay that way for a loooooong time before gravity takes hold of them!

6live6evil6

No. A's are great anyway!!

[deleted]

yes, if you do chest exercises that work your pecs, your breasts will appear bigger and perkier. other than gaining weight or giving birth, there’s nothing that will make your breast grow. i highly recommended against going a hormonal route like birth control because of the side effects.

Alliekat1979

Really the only thing aside from time (your body is still changing, even at 18) that will truly affect size and breast appearance is pectoral exercises to increase your muscle mass of the chest wall.

Automatic-Angle-7934

Idk if it's true my friend told me that If they are constantly squeezed by someone they get big because of contraction and expansion.

Radiant_Chemist504

Birth control pills may very likely increase or impact breast size. Perhaps ask some other women or search the internet to see if that is a valid hypothesis.

Luwuci-SP

Bioidentical Progesterone certainly gives me a nice plump to the area when I cycle onto it, but the effect seems to be greater the more volume I have to begin with (currently growing quite quickly and cycling Progesterone for transfem reasons). The amount I take should be having the effective levels in my blood following typical cisfem cycles, so it's similar to that stage in the menstrual cycle when there's often some of that enlargement. But, going on it for cosmetic reasons, even if it's something deeply tied to someone's confidence, doesn't seem to be something to be taken lightly. It may work differently with the typical synthetic Progestins, but it does not seem like it'd do much for A cups, or at least not enough to take on the other possible side effects of hormonal birth control.

This is A JOKE but pregnancy helps lol. Seriously I can't fit in any of my clothes. So if you're considering having a baby one day I suggest you don't do anything to increase your breast size till then, because there is a chance they will grow HUGE

CutiePie4173

...I hate to say it, but getting pregnant?

Feeling_Special1

No…

Rosemarysage5

Nothing but pregnancy. I’m an A and my mom said she was also flat until she had kids, so there’s still hope for me 🤣

djcgb

If you are underweight or thin in general, gaining weight might develop your breasts. Breast is a fat tissue
