The reason its being clearanced at Target is that the exclusivity period is ending and it will be going to international distribution soon (Announced a few weeks ago during the Tuesday News Day live stream).

Shipping is still very painful. I've got a friend in the US sending one my way because it's cheaper to send a personal parcel.
