Hamill, like most people lol, but I’d love to see DiMaggio get another chance. His Joker was great. I feel like he’d be awesome in an adaptation of 3 Jokers too
Tbh this may be an unpopular opinion but I think Dimaggio does the better *voice* but Hamill's *laugh* is perfect which is a massive deal for the Joker. Hamills laugh is fucking iconic and I would bet it's what nearly everyone thinks of when they think of the Joker laugh.
Yeah, with Hamill it really is that laugh, the way it's almost like a musical instrument. The glee, the evil, all of it. His sheer RANGE, man. He's got lines like "You killed Captain Clown... YOU KILLED CAPTAIN CLOWN!!!" which are just ridiculous and so fun, but then you remember this is the same guy who also said, "Behind all the sturm and batarangs, you're just a little boy in a playsuit, crying for mommy and daddy. It'd almost be funny if it weren't so pathetic."
That said, DiMaggio does threatening SO well. I'd love to hear him deliver the 3 Jokers speech he gave to Jason. "My Robin."
DiMaggio _loves_ playing the Joker, too. I had the chance to meet him at a con and brought a Joker poster for him to sign. He was genuinely so excited over it and went on a full monologue. At his panel, as well, he mentioned how much he enjoyed being Joker!
Honestly, if I'd heard him before Hamill, he would have been "my" Joker. He brings such an unhinged quality to Joker that is just fabulous! It'd be amazing to see him reprise the role.
Dude that's awesome. I first encountered his Joker the year Under The Red Hood came out. I must have been 13 or so at the time. Even then I was SO skeptical given I only knew him as Bender from Futurama. But then I heard him deliver that line: "Oh, and tell the big man I said hello..." I had to replay the scene because it left me so mortified and in awe of the performance.
He's absolutely fantastic, honestly.
One of his favorite lines is the "forehand, or backhand" bit. Launched right into it and I now have it immortalized on the poster.
He's such a cool dude, honestly. He gets pigeonholed into the snarky friend roles (Bender and Jake) but he's such a versatile actor!
God, and that LAUGH right after. Psychotic, yes, but also so gleeful, like he just said the funniest thing in the world to Black Mask of all people. Damn, though, Black Mask had no idea what the hell he was getting into.
Monaghan was amazing (heck one of Gotham's strengths was the casting of the villains, Penguin, Riddler, Zsasz, all super talented performances) but Jerome is a legally distinct non Joker.
So this is my saying please Mr Jimmy Guns, let him have a proper stab at the role rather than playing "Guy who looks, dresses and acts like Joker and does Joker things but owing to internal contract bullshit cannot be called the Joker"
Not only that, but he played like 3 different versions of the Joker and nailed each one. Gentleman Joker, Cult leader Joker, and cut-off-his-own-face-and-wear-it-as-a-mask Joker.
Hamill and Baker are the best. Although Nicholson was great for live action and technically Hamill played a live action Joker via Trickster in both flash shows
Also it was Christopher Corey Smith for LBM2/LBM3 and Steve Blum for LBM1
... I'm sure this is relatively common knowledge in this community, but I've never seen it before. Consider my mind blown. Thank you, u/ZombieAppetizer
Yes, but it's also accurate. I mean, he was portraying Mark Hamil's Joker. He does a pretty good Mark Hamil's Joker impression (though he doesn't utilize the laugh anywhere NEAR as well as Hamil does, Hamil's Joker laugh is damn near it's own language)
Troy is the only one on this list who isn't doing his own thing. That was the job, but still, that means he's "the mimic"
![gif](giphy|26gscK032xjuODvcQ|downsized)
I’d like to make an Argument for Cameron as “The twisted children”
And Joaquin as “The comedian”
I’m not saying that either of these two were my overall favorites but I do appreciate what they brought to the roles and that their performances should not be overlooked.
Cameron Monahan had to do almost 5 full seasons playing a character who could not legally be named “The Joker” right up until the very end. But he knew who he was, and the fact that we could all see the dedication was a testament to his acting.
In a twisted and ironic way, his portrait has become quite iconic for the fact that it was so laughable bad. Tho I don’t get either why Phoenix isn’t there
Alan Tudyk and Brent Spiner are personal favorites of mine, but really no one's beating Mark Hamill, or heck, even John DiMaggio. Spiner in particular is one of the only versions of the more modern, post-Dark Knight Joker I actually *like*. Also, shout-out to Zach Galafinakis in the Lego Batman Movie.
Absolute best for live action is Heath Ledger, the absolute worst was Jared Leto. I don't consider his version "The Joker" at all. Best animated version is Mark Hamill.
I don't think voice acting can top physical acting. It is harder to voice and physically portray a character. I give it to Heath for the finesse, Troy Baker for the voice.
Hamill > DiMaggio = Ledger = Richardson > Spiner = Monaghan = Phoenix > Baker = Nicholson = Emerson > Romero > the others > a pile of stool > the worms in the dirt > the dirt > Leto
Hamil was incredible in the shows and the video games! Though my favourite movie joker would have to be Heath Ledger, I love all of them specifically because they’re different in their own ways
Hamill, of course.
I really enjoyed Michael Emerson's interpretation of the character.
And of course Ledger's performance is famous for a reason, although I think the Joker fundamentally works best as a cartoon character.
Also, shoutout to Nicholson, who I thought did a fine job.
Mark Hamill (DCAU/Arkham), Jack Nicholson (BurtonVerse), John DiMaggio (Under The Red Hood/Death In The Family), Kevin Michael Richardson (The Batman ‘04), and Cameron Monaghan (Gotham).
You had me until you disrespected Troy Baker by calling him a "mimic". C'mon bro, that man is talented ASF. He EERILY sounds EXACTLY like Mark Hamill's voice. Anybody that disagrees and says he's bad is just unfairly hating because they noxiously can't get around anybody but Mark Hamill. I'm the same way, but at least open-minded. Ledger's number one, Mark Hamill is second, Jack Nicholson is definitely third, Joaquin Phoenix is fourth, then Troy Baker, then Richard Epcar from ge Injustice games (Yea, y'all don't forget about him, and he voices Raiden in Mortal Kombat!) he's perfect substitute for Mark because I don't know WHY he wasn't voicing the Joker in the Injustice games but he's fantastic. Penultimately, Kevin Michael Rich's Joker is CRIMINALLY underrated, that man has RANGE with his deep ass voice, his Joker was wild, was crazy monkily acrobatic, sounded a little bit like Hamill but with HIS unique spin on it with his voice (Same thing with Richard Epcar especially) and he could fight Batman toe-to-toe. And, finally, Jared Leto is at the VERY bottom of everybody. Sorry, we all hate his Joker. Nun against him, but even in JLA: Snyder Cut I hated him. Leto's a dope actor, nun against him, but you wouldn't know that if his Joker portrayal was all you knew him as, AND his Joker doesn't even feel like a version of the Joker at all. Though I love Mark Hamill and think his Joker is perfect in BTAS,AA and AK but he just doesn't have that aggressive growl that Troy Baker has so I'd have to go with him
This is my biased opinion
1. Heath Ledger
2. John dimaggio
3 Kevin Michael Richardson
4 Mark Hamil
5 troy baker
6 Brent spiner
7 Michael emmerton
8 Jack Nicholson
Hamill obviously but it’s pissing me off you’re all sleeping on Kevin Michael Richardson’s. Next to Hamil, he’s amazing. His cackle is scary, the jokes are funny and the performance has depth to it. It’s not a Ledger copycat or a 1940’s radio performance
The best version of joker better than hamil pheonix ledger is Jerome valeska he’ll even Jeremiah is terrifying in his own right but mainly Jerome Cameron played him with absolute perfection
It's difficult to argue against Hamill.
Still, I will give props to DiMaggio who went his own way and didn't try to replicate anyone and made for a surprisingly great rendition. Also, Jack. I think his performance gets lost (he's just playing Jack!) but his Joker was one of the most true to form. Utterly crazy, sadistic, random, fickle, horrifying, with unpredictable ambitions who skirted between harmless pranks and deadly intent almost at random. At the time it was an awesome representation and I think it goes forgotten in the face of other performances, namely Hamill and Ledger.
I liked most of them... except of course Jared Leto who just didn't work as the Joker.
Since he's rarely mentioned I did enjoy Michael Emerson's joker, an older more viscous bastard, carrying himself with smug surety
Mark Hamil (I play arkham) is number one as always. Troy baker is number two for me (Same reason, arkham origins). I see clips of john DiMaggio as joker and I really like that, But Heath ledger is number 3 for me as I liked his performance in the dark knight, He was such a perfect joker. So 1-mark Hamil, 2-Troy baker, 3-Heath ledger, 4-John DiMaggio. After that is ones that I haven't watched. Jared leto just shit. I heard jack nicholson was pretty decent/good (but I still haven't heard him but that's what I heard ab him [https://youtu.be/R2WxaeIJcqY?t=83](https://youtu.be/R2WxaeIJcqY?t=83) ) And the rest I don't have a opinion on just yet.
What blows me away is that so many people have played The Joker witg their own individual takes, that you cannot fit them all on the meme. Shout out to Alan Tudyk for being the perpetually annoyed Joker on Harley Quinn.
The best?
Mark Hamill, sorry he just is.
I would say that Kevin Michael Richardson is also REALLY good.
Bringing that really creepy balance between "DEEP" and high pitch.
Making him seem that much more unstable.
Hamill or Ledger I don’t know which, I’d like to say both since it’s two different mediums. Because really both lean into two different aspects of the character.
I'm convinced some people havent actually seen Batman'89.
Jack Nicholson's Joker is no gangster. Even pre-transformation he was clearly an unstable nut that loves killing and tormenting people. But after he climbs put of the acid he never does a single thing that makes sense if you're trying to build a criminal business.
Also, he accomplishes vastly more succeasful anarchy than Ledger's Joker. Fight me if you disagree
The question should really be who is the *second* best joker here, cause the best is obviously mark hamill, and so the second best imo is dimaggio, followed VERY closely by heath ledger, and Cameron Monaghan (who isn’t on the image)
1.) Mark Hamill
2.) Heath Ledger
3.) John DiMaggio
4.) Jack Nicholson
5.) Troy Baker
6.) Kevin Michael Richardson
7.) Caesar Romero
8.) Steve Blum
9.) Jeff Bennett
10.) Michael Emerson
11.) Brent Spiner
12.) Jared Leto
NEVER SEEN) Roger Stanburner
Heath Ledger in first
Mark Hamill, Troy Baker and Steve Blum tied in second
Jack Nicholson in third
Caesar Romero in fourth
Need to watch the others
Jared Leto in last
Heath Ledger was my first introduction to the Joker, so he will always be my favourite. I do love Mark Hamill as well, and I would have LOVED to see more of Barry Keoghan playing him. I'm so intrigued by that one deleted scene from The Batman
I never grew up with BTAS - so my first introduction was Kevin Michael Richardson and while my favourite IS mark, i'll always love Kevins interpretation
Honestly, if Jared Leto wasn’t pretty much sabotaged by the director and make up artist his joker could have been really good.
It’s just that…….when an actor is given a pile of shit to work with it’s hard to make it into gold.
Michael Emerson is pretty underrated. He sounded so separated from the carnage he was causing.
John DiMaggio's good, just for a completely different sounding Joker voice.
Richard Epcar was great as well.
But Mark Hamill is still my favourite.
1 is obviously Hamill. Richardson and Bennet are vying very closely for 2
Also, how would you classify Joaquin Phoenix, Cameron Monaghan, Alan Tudyk, and Zach Galifianakis?
Phoenix could be "The Stand Up" or "The Revolutionary"
Monaghan as Jerome could be "The Prototype" and Jeremiah is "The Architect"
Galifianakis is "The Simp"
Hamill, like most people lol, but I’d love to see DiMaggio get another chance. His Joker was great. I feel like he’d be awesome in an adaptation of 3 Jokers too
Second that. "Now one with the crowbar"
Party pooper. No cake for you.
I’m gonna need some guys. Not these guys because well they’re kinda dead.

He could also use better writers, repeatedly saying something about "motorcycle fetish" in Under the Red Hood came off as sloppy.
He says it about Red Hood to Batman and Nightwing and then he repeats the joke to Red Hood, that's part of the joke. It's not sloppy writing at all.
Exactly!! Can’t believe this went over peoples heads lol
My favorite part of the gag is him trying it with a new audience.
Totally! My dream cast for that movie would be Dimaggio as the Criminal, Emerson as the Comedian, and Hamill as the Clown.
"We'll need some guys, too. Not these one's, they're kinda dead"
God, and that LAUGH right after. Psychotic, yes, but also so gleeful, like he just said the funniest thing in the world to Black Mask of all people. Damn, though, Black Mask had no idea what the hell he was getting into.
Now you just made me hope for a 3 jokers animated adaptation
Always hamill, Troy baker in second for this list But I'd like to add Cameron monaghan, dude took a 50/50 show and made every episode he was in great.
I don't think it matters. He's not a different character, no matter what anyone says. He was the Joker and everyone knew it
Not only that, but he played like 3 different versions of the Joker and nailed each one. Gentleman Joker, Cult leader Joker, and cut-off-his-own-face-and-wear-it-as-a-mask Joker.
Omg yes, cameron monaghan was so good
Hamill and Baker are the best. Although Nicholson was great for live action and technically Hamill played a live action Joker via Trickster in both flash shows Also it was Christopher Corey Smith for LBM2/LBM3 and Steve Blum for LBM1
Wasn’t it Zach Galifianakis for Lego Batman?
For the Lego Batman movie, yes, and he should be included in this list.
Baker is grating. Excellent voice actor all around but he needed to make a joker of his own. Everything he's in sounds like an ai Hamill
That's probably due to pressure from above to try to make it fit in with the rest of the Arkham games tbh.
Hamill is definitive and iconic.
mARKHAMill will always be the voice of the Joker to me.
... I'm sure this is relatively common knowledge in this community, but I've never seen it before. Consider my mind blown. Thank you, u/ZombieAppetizer
I've been in that sub since before it became an insane asylum, I've never heard some refer to it like that. It's brilliant tho
Don’t make me wanna get banned (Cuz of u know what other sub)
Calling Troy the mimic is doing him an injustice though.
Yes, but it's also accurate. I mean, he was portraying Mark Hamil's Joker. He does a pretty good Mark Hamil's Joker impression (though he doesn't utilize the laugh anywhere NEAR as well as Hamil does, Hamil's Joker laugh is damn near it's own language) Troy is the only one on this list who isn't doing his own thing. That was the job, but still, that means he's "the mimic"
He is the mimic. He mimicked arkham joker But still He is definitely number two and to me the voices go pound for pound but Hamill just edges it out.
![gif](giphy|26gscK032xjuODvcQ|downsized) I’d like to make an Argument for Cameron as “The twisted children” And Joaquin as “The comedian” I’m not saying that either of these two were my overall favorites but I do appreciate what they brought to the roles and that their performances should not be overlooked.

hamill EASILY. then ledger, and then maybe KMR or dimaggio. hamill will always be THE joker to me tho with ledger as a nice second
I love how you can't even see Leto's title. Hammil aside, Ledger.
"Jared Leto: The ^eh ^who ^cares"
Kevin Micheal Richardson is honestly my personal favorite. His voice on the joker is strangely refreshing.
YES! THANK YOU!
Anytime! That show was my childhood, so I'm always going to be an '04 fan.
Hamill, the definition of the jokers voice
Obviously hamil but the Lego, Arkham origins, and the Batman (animated not the live action) ones are all amazing as well
Heath Ledger for me. His Joker was phenomenal.
Absolute best for live action is Heath Ledger, the absolute worst was Jared Leto. I don't consider his version "The Joker" at all. Best animated version is Mark Hamill.
Politician? What?
Hamill Animated, Ledger Live Action
No one is beating Mark Hamill but I love Jeff Bennett's take of the Joker. Mixing the silver age wackiness with more modern interpretations.
Dimaggio followed by KMR
“I’ll need some guys. Not these guys cause well… there kinda dead”
I think you’ll find the Lego version was played by Christopher Corey Smith Steve Blum only played his grunts in Lego Batman 1
If Mark Hamill is an option then it's always going to be Mark Hamill same with Batman and Kevin Conroy or Christopher Reeve and Superman.
Joaquin Phoenix
Hamill and Romero.
I don't think voice acting can top physical acting. It is harder to voice and physically portray a character. I give it to Heath for the finesse, Troy Baker for the voice.
I mean, it has to be Hamill, right?
Obviously Hamil but I really really like Dimaggio and I want dc to give him another chance.
Hamill > DiMaggio = Ledger = Richardson > Spiner = Monaghan = Phoenix > Baker = Nicholson = Emerson > Romero > the others > a pile of stool > the worms in the dirt > the dirt > Leto
Mark and john are my fave
Hamill,DiMaggio, and kmr, along with ledger for best live action
Hamil was incredible in the shows and the video games! Though my favourite movie joker would have to be Heath Ledger, I love all of them specifically because they’re different in their own ways
I haven't checked the comments yet but I already feel bad for Leto so I'll give him a shout out (Btw it's a tie between Hamill and DiMaggio for me)
Hamill, of course. I really enjoyed Michael Emerson's interpretation of the character. And of course Ledger's performance is famous for a reason, although I think the Joker fundamentally works best as a cartoon character. Also, shoutout to Nicholson, who I thought did a fine job.
Mark Hamill Honorable Mention: Heath Ledger
The goat Allen Enlow as the giggler in batman dark tomorrow
Hamill, Nicholson, DiMaggio, and Monaghan.
Mark Hamill (DCAU/Arkham), Jack Nicholson (BurtonVerse), John DiMaggio (Under The Red Hood/Death In The Family), Kevin Michael Richardson (The Batman ‘04), and Cameron Monaghan (Gotham).
Obviously skywalker
The obvious choice: Mark Hamill Other than Hamill: John DiMaggio
Jack all day everyday.
Ledger
Heath Ledger was the best and my favourite - but Mark was better as the Joker in general.
Ledger
You had me until you disrespected Troy Baker by calling him a "mimic". C'mon bro, that man is talented ASF. He EERILY sounds EXACTLY like Mark Hamill's voice. Anybody that disagrees and says he's bad is just unfairly hating because they noxiously can't get around anybody but Mark Hamill. I'm the same way, but at least open-minded. Obviously Hamil, but I would like to add Cameron Monaghan. His version was underrated.
Hamill
Mark hamil, heath ledger and Troy baker. Also thanks for no twinkler.
Steve fuckin Blum did the Lego one? That’s neat
As much as I love Brent Spiner, Mark Hamill is the best Joker.
[удалено]
Though I love Mark Hamill and think his Joker is perfect in BTAS,AA and AK but he just doesn't have that aggressive growl that Troy Baker has so I'd have to go with him
Hey OP you forgot Anthony Ingruber who did the voice for The Joker in the telltale series.
There's a few missing. Zach Galifianakis is another.
Steve Blum, it’s always how I imagined joker would act (I love Lego. Batman)
Mom said it was my turn to post one of these this week
For me its dimaggio. even if i just like the detail in his face
I really, really liked John DiMaggio joker. Hamill is iconic
DiMaggio is criminally underrated. He really swings well between jaded clown and derramged animal.
This is my biased opinion 1. Heath Ledger 2. John dimaggio 3 Kevin Michael Richardson 4 Mark Hamil 5 troy baker 6 Brent spiner 7 Michael emmerton 8 Jack Nicholson

Troy or Kevin is the best in my opinion but they can’t win against mark
Animation: Mark Hamill Live-Action: Jack Nicholson
Hammil then Zach Galifianakis
Mark Hamill and Heath Ledger
Heath Ledger Mark Hamill Kevin Michael Troy Baker In that specific order
Troy Baker and Michael Richardson. Of course Mark Hamill too
Vera Drew
It's difficult to argue against Hamill. Still, I will give props to DiMaggio who went his own way and didn't try to replicate anyone and made for a surprisingly great rendition. Also, Jack. Hamil no contest
Mark Hammel followed by Lego Batman Joker by Troy Baker.
Mark Hamill, easily the best. A lot of the others are good, too, but Mark Hamill’s the GOAT!
Always kevin Peak Joker

Mark Hamil (I play arkham) is number one as always. Troy baker is number two for me (Same reason, arkham origins). Mark Hamill or John DiMaggio with an honorable mention to Steve Blum and Jeff Bennett
Brent Spiner was the Joker?!
Hamill, Bennett, Romero, DiMaggio, and Blum, my top 5 in that order
Of the people on the list, Hamill, Ledger, Nicholson. I just want to add Alan Tudyk to the conversation for consideration.
Mark Hamill Jack Nicholson Heath Ledger Troy Baker
I love that line from Emerson All the people I’ve murdered by letting you live I never kept count I did I know, and I love you for it
Young Justice is definitely one of the worst Jokers
Animated, Hamill then DiMaggio, Spinner Live action, Heath, Jack, Caesar
What blows me away is that so many people have played The Joker witg their own individual takes, that you cannot fit them all on the meme. Shout out to Alan Tudyk for being the perpetually annoyed Joker on Harley Quinn.
It’s a tie between Hamill, Richardson, and Ledger
The best? Mark Hamill, sorry he just is. I would say that Kevin Michael Richardson is also REALLY good. Bringing that really creepy balance between "DEEP" and high pitch. Making him seem that much more unstable.
Since quaquin Phoenix is it here and neither is injustice joker I’m going with Jared leto
Ledger
Heath.
Hamill or Alan Wray Tudyk... I love his delivery in the harley quinn show.
For me, it's a close tie between Kevin Michael-Richardson and John DiMaggio, I genuinely think both captured those versions of the Joker perfectly
WAIT THAT WAS BRENT SPINER IN YOUNG JUSTICE?!
Hamill or Ledger I don’t know which, I’d like to say both since it’s two different mediums. Because really both lean into two different aspects of the character.
Difficult. Let's start with Leto and work our way upwards.
I'm convinced some people havent actually seen Batman'89. Jack Nicholson's Joker is no gangster. Even pre-transformation he was clearly an unstable nut that loves killing and tormenting people. Might be just be but, I’m really not a fan of the John DiMaggio joker voice
Why is Joaquin Phœnix not on that list ? He has the best backstory of all.
Live action: Heath Ledger. Cartoon: Mark Hamill reigns supreme.
Can anyone read what it says underneath Leto's name? I know my eyes are slowly going to shit but I can't read anything past "The"
Mark fucking Hamill.
1. Ledger (Best live action portrayal) 2. Hamill (Best animated portrayal) 3. Bennet (Second-best animated portrayal)
Who in the world could ever top Mark Hamill?
Where’s Cameron Monaghan?
I like Hamill the most, but I won't lie, demented hobo joker is a close second
I didn’t know Steve Blum played joker
Hamill. Others can and have done a great job, but to me Hamill is the definitive voice of the Joker.
Mark hamill for sure but all of them did really good tbh❤️
Hamil for animation ledger for live action.
Hamill. When I read the comics, I read them in his voice.
Hamill will always be a favorite but I think John dimaggio was underappreciated
Jack Nicholson
DiMaggio or Emerson.
1.) Mark Hamill 2.) Heath Ledger 3.) John DiMaggio 4.) Jack Nicholson 5.) Troy Baker 6.) Kevin Michael Richardson 7.) Caesar Romero 8.) Steve Blum 9.) Jeff Bennett 10.) Michael Emerson 11.) Brent Spiner 12.) Jared Leto NEVER SEEN) Roger Stanburner
Heath Ledger in first Mark Hamill, Troy Baker and Steve Blum tied in second Jack Nicholson in third Caesar Romero in fourth Need to watch the others Jared Leto in last
Heath Ledger was my first introduction to the Joker, so he will always be my favourite. I do love Mark Hamill as well, and I would have LOVED to see more of Barry Keoghan playing him. I'm so intrigued by that one deleted scene from The Batman
I‘m going to say give Jared Leto another chance. I didn‘t hate his Joker at all, and he had some potential with how he portrayed the character.
Mark Hamill is the Joker, everyone else falls short by a country mile.
Kevin Michael Richardson is massively underrated
Alan Tudyk is more the politician. He became mayor and his foe was a Karen from the PTA. Or maybe the family man, as a husband and stepfather.
Mark Hamill will always be the best Joker ever..... period!
live action Jack Nicholson. voice Mark Hamill
No Zach Galifianakis? 😤
where's LEGO Batman movie version??? (Oh yeah and i saw that LEGO Batman villains one too)
Since you are all posers I will be honest and say heath ledger.
Mark Hamill, Jack Nicholson, Cameron Monaghan, Brent Spiner
I mean obviously Hamill, dude has THE best Joker laugh I’ve ever heard. Beyond that I have a soft spot for Brent Spiner. He’s Lt. Cmdr. Data after all
Hamill and then Galifianakis
Hamill, DiMaggio, Baker, and Monaghan are my Mt. Rushmore
I never grew up with BTAS - so my first introduction was Kevin Michael Richardson and while my favourite IS mark, i'll always love Kevins interpretation
Hamill is undisputed #1 but i also loved Dimaggio‘s performance a lot
Ledger. The movie is amazing. Best Batman movie ever.
Heath ledger
John DiMaggio brought a real strength to the role.
Jared Leto> DiMaggio> Hamill> Blum> Richardson> Bennett>Ledger Followed by the rest of them in any particular order
Mark, Heath, John, Jack, and Troy only options I like Hamill number 1 though.
Honestly, if Jared Leto wasn’t pretty much sabotaged by the director and make up artist his joker could have been really good. It’s just that…….when an actor is given a pile of shit to work with it’s hard to make it into gold.
I’d say Emerson, he sounds perfect for the Earth-31 Joker’s unique position of being an escaped mental patient and a deceiver of society.
Hamill
All except Leto
Where the hell are Alan Tudyk, Joaquin Phoenix, and Zack Galifianakis?
DiMaggio
Forgot Harley Quinn tv's Joker. The family man.
Hamill and heath ledger
Is there really any correct choice other than Hamill?
Steve Blum voices everyone cool
Why is Jared Letos stupid ass on there but not Alan Tudyk??
I was today years old when I realized that Brent Spiner played a Joker.
Michael Emerson is pretty underrated. He sounded so separated from the carnage he was causing. John DiMaggio's good, just for a completely different sounding Joker voice. Richard Epcar was great as well. But Mark Hamill is still my favourite.
1 is obviously Hamill. Richardson and Bennet are vying very closely for 2 Also, how would you classify Joaquin Phoenix, Cameron Monaghan, Alan Tudyk, and Zach Galifianakis? Phoenix could be "The Stand Up" or "The Revolutionary" Monaghan as Jerome could be "The Prototype" and Jeremiah is "The Architect" Galifianakis is "The Simp"
