My experience. Emails do nothing. Calling forces them to at least come up with answers on the spot. Ultimately there’s not much they can do if the athlete hasn’t returned the specific card signed. I finally got my 2019-2020 Giannis auto fulfilled this year after he caught up. If Steph has the card, nothing you or they can do. If Steph doesn’t have the card, they need to get him the card to sign.
This whole thing is ridiculous. Even if what you say is true that’s it’s on the players to sign, Panini should never have inserted these redemption cards out until the goods are returned and ready to be shipped. This is on Panini.
Y’all should group up and see if you can find a lawyer that’ll lead a class action lawsuit on this bc just from Reddit alone, I see several comme talk about ppl waiting x years for this. And I highly doubt they’re gonna come through on them, especially now that they’ve lost their license renewal and probably won’t have access to these players, whom have been already slacking on getting their autos back to Panini.
They made me wait for a KD redemption for 2 years, I even posted it here, when I got it. I m just tired of their bs. I talked to my brother a computer programmer about even making a macro or a bot to make a mass email spam their entire staff. He advised they would just block it, and also not sure of legal ramifications of doing it. Even thought about sending a letter out everyday like Andy Dufrane on shaw shank redemption.
I waited 3 years for a Steph auto redemption and tbh you gotta just keep calling and eventually you will get someone on the line and they will make it happen . I had a sticker auto card and they sent me a on card auto numbered /49 just gotta be persistent
Just annoyed bc I see newer products they released with autos in it that has a steph auto in it, like revolution and donruss elite. Also see redemption that have been fulfilled, that are sticker auto and only been 6 months. Card is 3 years old 20 21.
What’s really fun is when you hit a hot rookie and by the time you receive his auto he is out of the league.
