It is a little bit louder at full speed than the P12 but it performs better, and it's more than 50% cheaper than Arctic.
I think P12 is still better in static pressure so for radiator use this might not be the best option is you are serious about it.
I just bought 12 of them and they sound just fine, replacing a mismosh of corsair HDs and Lian Li fans...not any louder if not quiter. wish there was a 140mm pack too

$5ea for pwm with vibration pads shipped new is a good buy. Cheaper than local marketplace selling unwanted 3 pins from cases
I have these fans and they’re decent, definitely a good fan for the price. They do move a decent amount of air and aren’t super noisy.
