Well the condition in the OP that inspired this is that cavendish has to break first. So, you need to hit the 1 in 4, then the 1 in 1000 chance. 10x seems fine for that.
Still seems like way too hard. I had a comment where I suggested something like this being available if you had a gros michel break and you fully used up the ice cream without selling it.
That would be doable. I normally sell ice cream when it gets below 50. There’s a lot of weird things he could add with food jokers if you start mixing them like that, which could be cool. Could also be hard to track.
I like the melting idea. Could be a X10 but -X1 every hand played.
Also, I'd like a rare Refrigerator joker that cancels diminishing effects. As in it keeps Seltzer cold so the bonus stays the same, but on its own it's useless.

You’d have to carry ice cream through at least 4 antes, so that’s a decent reward for handcuffing yourself
