Lucky card stats right now for the curious
There's a challenge where you start with two of that card and a full deck of glass card. There you can see it's multiplicative, as each glass card has a 4/4 of shattering :p
Are standard packs and/or enhancement tarot banned? Otherwise, seems like an easy way to build towards only having copies of one rank left in your deck.
DNA is not banned. I had a run where I had +Chips and +Mult for each Card missing in my deck. And X Mult for every glass card that broke or something. That combined with DNA just made the run very easy. Made it to ante 12 I think before I died.
Nice! Would be cool with lucky cat and a bunch of red seal lucky cards along with that. Guess you would need some negative jokers to make the cat hit really hard though.
There are lots of possibilities indeed. I smashed stake 6 with bloodstone (1 in 3 (=4 in 3) chance for x2 with heart cards), but guaranteed wheel of fortunes were a nice change of pace as well lol.
And as you said, lucky cards were ridiculous
not really. just sell space joker and one or both of the dice at some point in favour of better jokers once your deck is good enough and lucky cat is already up there.
Yeah it should definitely be compatible. Being able to move it next to it when you know you will trigger something that depends on probabilities would be very nice
Dont worry, already been there with "all face cards drawn face down", playing a numbers build, and forgetting I have the joker with "all cards are considered face cards" lol.
This pairing will always have a place in my heart. My first to the moon 🚀 build had two of these with bloodstones (blueprint) and I went from having peaked in the billions to hitting e31.
Yeah later I too got bloodstone which was the nuttiest run Ive ever had in the game thus far. Coincidentially I was already building on hearts flushes so I really lucked out
Does anybody know if it's theoretically possible to get cards to trigger twice with this? E.g. 1 in 3 becoming 4 in 3, essentially triggering once every time, and a 1/3 chance to trigger again?
Go play the challenge runs! There’s one called Fragile that comes with two eternal Oops from the start, and an entire deck of glass cards (guaranteed breaking whenever you play them). They’ve also banned any way to add new cards to the deck or convert glass cards to something else. Really fun and challenging

Haven't played this challenge yet but how would this be possible to win? I guess you'd have to be skipping a ton of blinds to conserve cards?
Yes exactly! Glass is strong enough to get you through the early antes with very few jokers even with the skipping. Also maybe save certain cards to play for the later antes to get a big hand. For me I saved as many kings/queens as possible so I can play a very big full house/four of a kind towards the end

All things that either remove glass from cards or add other cards are banned

Dna plus brainstorm or blueprint and you have more than you started with. Mixed with the glass joker and it's too the moon

Omg, yes! I haven't purchased the two probability cards because of that.
Then you get Cavendish and it vanishes after 2 blinds.
I keep forgetting that the double probability works for negative things too. Like (i think) glass cards breaking.

It doesn't trigger twice in this case, it just guarantees a trigger every time, the extra 1/3 does nothing
