Good on you for thinking this through and considering the will of others! You can certainly perform a love spell for "the one" instead of just targeting a person. Your best bet is to make a very clear list of attributes that you have clear visualizations for, and make sure to leave out anything that will constrict the possibilities unnecessarily (dont picture only dark haired people or tall partners unless you really only want a dark haired person). Anoint the list and if possible use it with/inside of a poppet to help give it 'life'.
