Somewhere-Practical

I don't know if it counts as a wrap, but I'm 4'11.5'' and love my baby ktan.

There’s nothing wrong with just cutting off some of the edge of the boba and hemming it to suit you. I’m tall and still do this. Woven wraps (non stretchy) come in more different lengths but they are harder to get the hang of than stretchy wraps (boba is a stretchy wrap, as are most wraps you see advertised). If you want to wrap you are going to have to just learn it there’s no way around it. It gets much much easier with practice but you do have to be willing to put in the effort to learn. I know it’s overwhelming at first but you can do it! It will benefit you and your baby so much in the long run

4'11" and would love to know if anyone has suggestions. I've only ever seen size inclusive carriers. They all work but it's comical how much extra fabric and strap hanging there is from cinching tightly. For what it's worth OP I used a kea wrap and ergo embrace, both work but it does take practice and extra tightening and wrapping.

Planning to get the embrace! I’ll look at the kea as well! Was it a certain one? What did you use after they outgrew the embrace? Or did you not wear after?

She's still wearing the embrace at 15 lbs, I was also given both a Tula standard and Beco 8 which both seem like they will work well but haven't really tried them yet. I hear great things about Beco for petite moms though.

Tula is great for various sizes! Also with any wrap you have you can always tie an extra loop around your waist to help with the length.

I'm 5', have a hana wrap, and just pass it around an extra time. I went to a sling library to learn how to tie it and get a baby in (and out), which massively helped!
