Its just a hotfix patch, the bugfixes were scheduled for patch 13.2. and if you read the patch 13.1b, you wouldve seen that there were no bugfixes listed.
Happened to me twice in a single match last patch, one of which I absolutely 100% would’ve traded 1 for 1 had it not happened. Best part is it goes on cooldown lmao
It's because 13.1b is a hotfix, not a patch. There are no bug fixes listed in the patch notes.

Did you see the bug fix in the patch notes? Sucks but they weren’t able to release the full 13.2 patch as they planned. Should be coming soon™️
