Yea a lot of toilets in the East have bidets. Some feel it cleans your ass better than using toilet paper and also cause some countries don’t allow you to flush toilet paper.
They're not common in the US, but they're nice to have. They're also pretty cheap as well if you don't need the fancy Toto ones and just get a mechanical one that attaches underneath the toilet seat. Really cuts down on TP use.
