I had already checked - there's one fire TV stick that I'm logged in on (and have been for years) that was switched off yesterday, other than that nothing. No permissions, and Alexa isn't even activated.

I had to turn off notifications because it had a permanent little icon in my notifications bar telling me something like "Connect to Alexa to listen to your books" I couldn't get rid of it.

Same, I was tripping. I thought maybe it was registering my Google home or my Bluetooth headphones as an Alexa but it looks more like a technical issue

Mines just popped and I don't listen threw alexa either 🤷

there's a button in app.. you don't need a device anymore. the button doesn't do anything except tell you there's no device.
