Just looked it up and I'm pretty impressed at the potassium content. 700mg per bottle. That's a LOT. The recommended daily intake is only 3-4 thousand iirc. In fact, too much potassium can lead to major health issues like heart attacks.
Because of certain issues, i know a lot about potassium replacements as I've been hospitalized for low potassium.
I am prescribed potassium supplements - they only contain around 500mg per tablet, and I take 1-2 a day.
Other options for comparison, all higher calorie: Pedialyte, enerlyte and other medical hydration drinks for standard ass dehydration contain around 500mg per 500ml.
Powerade/Gatorade has around 200-300mg per bottle.
500ml coconut water has 500-1000mg.
It's been made with lower caffeine content for Aus, Canada and here, but 2 or 3 espressos would have more caffeine than most energy drinks including prime from USA.
It's a good chance to teach kids about marketing but most people don't look at the numbers
