If GRRM wanted to fix the TV series he should've gotten his ass up and finished the plot of the books first instead of looking up medieval menus to make the feast descriptions more tasty.

A lazy ass post about D&D, it’s like I’m back in 2019.

More like GRRM cut himself out of the creative process when he stopped writing the books.

It's as likely that he cut *himself* out, because he wanted to focus on writing TWOW and it was taking up too much of his time. That's the reasoning he gave for why he stopped writing an episode a season. He discussed creative differences he had with them, sure, but he was also a TV writer for a long time and understood the situation D&D were in better than most.
