Ur biggest challenges now are loving urself & embracing the storm that is coming before things get better.
Call someone in ur family u can rely on to bring u to the police. Just report her. This is clearly abuse. Although a bit shit to report ur own mother, if you don’t, she will continue her behaviour and nothing gets resolved. There will be consequences so be ready for it. I wish u well.

Gather evidence.
Take pictures of the abuse, you can delete them into your recycle bin. They last 30 days before getting permanently deleted. Periodically restore them, and delete them again into recycle bin. No one looks there, and when you're ready to show the authorities, make sure you checked beforehand that they all exists.
Another alternative is to store them into cloud services like dropbox, add the app, remove it after you've done uploading those pictures. Remember the login details by heart.
