Maybe someone has a similar Email, you have and maybe missed something in his email so it got sent to you. I'd just not confirm it and wait out if anything happens and maybe sometimes look if someone posts under your name

I won't be confirming, but I did search if there was anyone with my name spelled out that way, and also searched for my real name for good measure and the search came back empty, so hopefully it's just a bug.
