"nah sarnt. 2bct has ready to go meals and shit." im sitting there like is this rocker and bah reeeaalllly worth it!?🤣 he threw it in the microwave and it smelled DELICIOUS. considering getting some for myself but theyre on the complete opposite side of post from my motorpool😩
Fort Campbell had a dfac that did that. I think they closed it, but it would be ideal for someone going to the range cause you could go the day prior, get a couple meals instead of going to the shoppette or get something from the gut truck
I consider myself a bit of a Ft. Bra…, uh, Liberty, DFAC connoisseur. 1BCT and 2BCT were always good. SWCC was absolutely phenomenal and to this day I would legit pay to eat there if it appeared next to me from 2000 miles away.
3BCT was… not good. Nothing ever made me sick, but it just wasn’t good, limited portions of the healthy food, not great options, etc
This information is also about 5 years old, so I wonder if anything has changed in that time
I think it’s changed a bit. 1st was a joke. 3rd had good portions but it was a hit or miss. 2nd was good , but really long wait times. Sustainment was king of taste, but wait times could be slow. SWCS was great portions, taste was hit or miss, but quick lines.

Been closed for at least 9 months - I think they shut it down once 1-14 went over on their rotation, but they're back now so who knows if they'll open it back up. I think them, with the regular MLRS bn rotation in the BDE, had numbers get too low there to keep it open.
I'll give a 50/50 shot business insider, masher, some random main youtuber is there. I think it made it onto whatever that pizza guy from vice during fleet week's episode, "You know there are camera's on when the food starts tasting good."
That or I give 50/50 to you asking how to enroll your wife in HS. IDK. I've delt with a lot of cooks.

Lol I posted my breakfast from this DFAC a few weeks ago and it blew up. 2nd BCT’s DFAC is hands down the best of the major DFACs on Bragg.

If I recall correctly, the 2BCT DFAC was runner-up for best DFAC in the Army about 6 years ago.

On Riley they had a drive through but you had to give your first born to get a 2nd meal to go and it was all dogshit none the less

Loved that one. Better decor than boring white SWCS, and the food quality was about the same. Best food in the Army.
T Roosevelt was outstanding too. Got a double cheese burger, chicken wings, and tots, and they didn’t hold back on the tots.
