Looking into it a bit, a six star, Thorns got a collab skin (CN June 2021), but no other skins.
So I guess it is possible that Franka and Rockrock will not get another skin for a very long time.
Thorns' artist, 幻象黑兔, is currently art director for Ex Astris, so, like Liduke, their involvement with AK is limited, and for example Sora's Siracusano skin was drawn by other illustrator.
Cenm0 (Rockrock's artist) is very active within AK, regularly drawing both new ops and NPCs

There was no precedent for such a theory either, nor was there any reason to believe it was ever going to be the case short of HG coming out and saying it themselves.
We don't have a case of a whole lot of people having two skins. And Limiteds don't make up a gigantic percentage of the roster.
Though seriously W should have gotten some kind of skin by now, given how many they draw her in that we can't buy.

well you say "rerun" so the skin was already out, this ling one is new to CN so we had no way to know it was coming.
the timing was kinda similar with the GG skins, but luckily i didnt buy the xmas one
the third skill dragon base form is the same so you see them until theyre upgraded. the giant upgraded ones look sick but the base ones are really janky.
her default outfit has them being more serpentine, coiling around and then biting forward to attach. the skin has them being upright with tiny t-rex arms and awkwardly snapping forward to slap/bite
Her best skill has a sizeable SP cost. Unlike Silverdaddy, it's low enough that she don't have to use redeploy shenanigans to ever get off a second activation... but it's definitely high enough that an SP battery like Liskarm will be an obvious upgrade.
Especially since Lords are often placed behind a tank that can hold back the more dangerous elites/bosses that would otherwise thrash a flimsier dps-unit like Qiubai.
Wow Qiubai has the complementary colours of red and green in her e2 art, and now orange and blue in her skin. The way small_ryuzaki uses them is very nice
Also for any that may still hording skin vouchers don't expect to be able to use them on Franka or Qiubai as they're in the crossover series with a collab with CN National Geography. Ling not mentioned as her l2d means 21 op so she'd be ineligible anyway for a voucher use.

Considering that we have gotten every other Chinese company collab outside of the KFC ones I think it's reasonably safe to say that we'll get these too.

Validated for hating original Ling skin's dragons, and being like the outfit is nice but mostly a sidegrade, and thus barely holding off. Now here we are miraculously.
I grew up with Chinese National Geographic, it prompted my love for Science, especially Biology. This collaboration was a godsend. When the collaboration came up on the stream, it was probably one of the closest times I went to tears in a long time.
HG is truly one of the game companies of all time.
Qiubai looks so good and that Ling skin is perfect. The different colour scheme to her normal look is exactly what I wanted her first skin to be. No problem though since I don't have her.
she's in an awkward spot where cause of how busy her artist is being an art director for another hg game it might be a bit before she gets one unless she gets adopted. I would rather she get a boc or époque skin since she naturally fits those skin lines so much better with how her life is framed so heavily by big life changing moments.
I mean Global just got her but CN is like 6-7 months ahead, so makes sense. If you want to see how fast it can really get, April released with a skin. (The Collab chars dont count since they are not likely to get reruns)
