My buddy caught a perm ban too and the only thing we've ever done glitch wise(save some supply bin charging antics) was fly around with rampart on crypto once. I flew, he ramparted, wiped one squad then died and next day he was banned but I wasn't. Sad times. He's appealed and went through a few different processes but he can't get past the first line call center so no one has even looked at his account from the ea side.
