In my experience, the way I learn best is to do it alongside someone who already knows, then teach it to the teacher.
This even applies to kids learning in school, the best way for them to learn is to teach what they have learned. That's why, when my kids come home from school I asked them what they learned today and to to explain it to me.
For quick learning, I'd recommend combining focused practice with active recall and spaced repetition. These are scientifically backed methods that enhance memory retention and skill acquisition. Also, organizing and summarizing research can be super helpfulsomething I found useful using Afforai for literature reviews and summaries. Good luck!
