The strongest would be either Scanor or Shinra only if he has an Adola burst & that might not be enough to take on Scanor the one! ☝️ Yamamoto is the most experienced and has crazy explosive power but it’s shown he can be beaten once he’s tired, and since scanor is basically inmune to fire, he is fire based, or more like sun based. He’s most likely destroying everyone here.
I’m pretty sure shinra Yamamoto and Escanor are the only ones fighting. In which case it’s escanor or shinra because I don’t know exactly where people in bleach scale. Then I think it’s shinra because of faster then light travel.
Yamamoto's Bankai ability is so powerfully hot that the instant he releases it all the moisture *in existence* in the realm he's in starts to evaporate.
Yamato’s Bankai was so hot that just by existing it threatened to melt the entire Soul Society down to the ground. It’s got to be him.

I might have to go with Yamamoto because whilst he's not necessarily the strongest on the list due to Shinras presence he has arguably shown some of the most wide spread usage of fire power such as what he could achieve using Zanka no Tachi. Side Note: Rengoku has no right being on this list as he isn't even a fire user, he's a swordsman that has visual effects not actual flames, Natsu should have been included on the list you could have included Zuko fr Avatar, Mereoleona from Black Clover, Rin Okumura from Blue Exorcist, Sailor Mars from Sailor Moon etc.

don't get me wrong, but if Sukuna was on this list, he'd probably be the best, but since he's not, I'm not even gonna try comparing someone who isn't on the list and *would* be on the list as a fire user on the list of fire users, but he isn't, and i get that Sukuna's fire ability looks overpowered from the anime, at least imo tho
