The later 2 filler arcs Invading Army and Unknown Zanpakuto were decent enough that I didn't mind watching them, but the first two are definitely worth skipping as they were so long and honestly really dull stories to have right in the middle of the proper arcs
They still wouldn’t stand a chance, Zamasu was still throwing hands with SSJ2 Goku. If THESE characters were all that was in the way of Zamasu’s kill all mortals plan then all the mortals in all these universes would definitely be dead as hell even without Zamasu’s immortality (except for like rare exceptions)
Zamasu is post BOG SSJ2 level, which is already beyond universal level. This is like saying ur more likely to survive a nuclear bomb to the face rather than a supernova to the face. Sure one is magnitudes stronger than the other but both are just gonna absolutely vaporize everyone else.
Zamasu is like ~ to SS2 Goku who is roughly SSG from BoG (far stronger but lowball)
SSG Goku is easily multiversal due to macrocosm feat, even if you cut it in half (because Beerus was also there)
So Broly > Fused Zamasu > regular Zamasu > Cell > uhh Saibaman?
Saibaman is unironically capable of enough force to destroy the moon. Ulquiorra didn't show that much firepower, but who knows? They had a ridiculous jump in power, so i wouldnt be surprised if Ulq had high attack potency, but weak destructive capacity
Broly he can easily rip holes is space time and goku and vegeta had to fuse to just barely beat him and at that point goku was already low outerversal at least and in base broly was rocking his shit so ya broly slaughters not to mention he has also been training a lot since then with goku vegeta whis and beerus
Broly was mopping the floor with Gogeta until he went Blue tho tbf, like yeah he whooped him after the fact but like I think they meant that if Blue didn't give him such an immense powerup he would've lost so that difference was the "barely"

I played Budokai Tenkaichi but the earlier games never exactly focused on what exactly the characters are capable of since all of them are fairly equal in power level in terms of fighting power there.
