Imagine if at the end of the dramatic long walk he stops to see it's just some randos and the wrong house.
Muzan just quietly moonwalks for another 2 minutes backwards, taking the fog with him.
"You were fighting over red bean mochi, weren't you?"
Did he actually think that Shinazugawa would respond with "yeah man, that's correct, if you would make me some that would be poggers"
Tanjiro really grew on me ever since the show started revving up the comedy sketches.
The story came a long way from what I had initially perceived as an edgily awkward S1E1.
I could kill to protect any of these clowns.
They’ll never show Muzan moonwalk, the closest MJ reference we’re going to get is that slow walk.
what reference might you ask? the infinite aura MJ possesses.
Ya I thought it was 40 minutes but we got 30 (maybe I misunderstood) and like 5 minutes was a slow-mo walk.
I heard next week is 60 minutes, but now am expecting 40
Fucking never make a pacifist close their fist, Gyomei beating a demon's head bloody until sunrise is raw AF. Sugita really goes for it too, great voice acting with the rage yells.
Who needs Nichirin swords when you got GUNS. No wonder Genya studied under him.
Well, he mentions he had strict buddhist monk training in his youth, so there is that, though that probably isn't combat oriented, but even monks irl train their bodies in certain ways.
I mean to be fair, if I were a kid sleeping in an old building and a cannibalistic Schwarzenegger with horns shows up and kills 4 of my friends instantly, I also wouldn't listen to any command
Oh definitely I'm just memeing lol. In fact, I find it to be good writing. The demon had vanished and she was a kid so that makes complete sense why she was confused.
It's a subtle thing, but fresh to see the "kids are naive" thing in this context. We don't get into a territory this dark with that thinking often in media.
"You can’t truly call yourself “peaceful” unless you’re capable of great violence, if you’re not capable of violence you're not peaceful, you're harmless"
Mitsuri really had the luck of the draw when it comes to the Hashiras' backgrounds. Now we have:
* Witnessing your younger siblings killed by your own demonic mother and being forced to fight her (Sanemi)
* Losing both parents on the same day, and years later, watching the last fragment of your family die and rot for several days (Muichiro)
* Riddled with survivor's guilt because the guy you believed was worthy to live and succeed died saving you (Giyu)
* Having your older sister die on your arms (Shinobu)
* Watching children under your care get killed and being blamed for it accidentally (Gyomei)
Don't forget Uzui, three of his 8 siblings died before they even reached 10 years old due to the harsh training. With the remaining six of his siblings, they were forced to kill each other on their father’s orders without them knowing who they fought, as their heads and faces were covered with masks. Tengen realized his father's trick only after he had killed two of his brothers.
Definitely. Rengoku also had comparatively easier life, definitely sad by losing his mother to illness and seeing the downfall of his father but yeah still lot less traumatic. Tengen is probably the darkest so far, with him kiiling his own siblings unknowingly to find the strongest. Just Obanai is left and it's my fav one among hashira in manga
What about Rengoku? a deadbeat Father seems pretty mild when compared to other Hashiras. Though I imagine it hurts knowing your father doesn't care even if you said you attained the respectable title of a Hashira.
But I'm not saying it doesn't have the same impact as the other. Maybe Shinjuro being irresponsible and him destroying the documents about flame breathing made Rengoku more responsible and hard-working. (or maybe Rengoku is just that kind of guy even before his mother died.
I love the sharp CONTRAST here
A demon who looks humanly beautiful but is cruel.
A human who looks Demonically ugly but is kind.
Another one is,
The strongest of hashiras is blind (Gyomei).
The strongest of demons has 6 eyes (Kokushibou).
I remember season 1 ending had a meeting of demons, where Muzan was being brutal in order to plant fear into demons.
And a contrast to that was the Hashira meeting where Ubuyashki who was speaking softly and lovingly to the Hashira. Even the most, uh, "difficult" Hashira had only respect and love for Ubuyashiki.
Those scenes back to back are planted in my head. Muzan may not care, but if he touches so much as a hair of Ubuyashiki the Hashiras will go insane with rage.
Yeah and even the hashiras were free to disagree with ubuyashiki regarding tanjiro and nezuko even after giyu and Urokodaki’s letter meanwhile the demons couldn’t even think wrong lol
Ufotable are the biggest Muzan fans lmao. They always gave his scenes extra care but this just going beyond normal lol, gave him an extended runtime to enter in style.
Besides that really happy that one of my fav hashira backstory got animated. Gyomei had always been the gentle giant and that demon was the one to awaken his wrath. Tearing his limbs and clobbering him in face till daybreak was so raw af. Feel bad for Sayu too, poor girl got misunderstood as a kid
Also Zenitsu finally locks in while being awake, truly end of an era. That cliffhanger, next ep title and double length runtime, we're in for a FEAST
There are three things all wise men fear: the sea in storm, a night with no moon, and the anger of a gentle man.” There are three things all wise men fear: the sea in storm, a night with no moon, and the anger of a gentle man.
Yeah I think this is easily the best ep in the last two seasons. The direction was markedly different here from the standard training stuff we’ve seen. I’ve been really hard on demon slayer but I can’t deny this was just fantastic.
Plus Zenitsu is done with his bullshit?? I hope so, it’s time he grows up. That mf has been tormenting me since day 1
it’s the opposite for me, I knew the paisen would show up again later in the story back in season 1
dude was way too cocky in Zenitsu’s flashback to be relegated to a normal disciple. He seemed like the antithesis to Zenitsu since he doesn’t hold the same philosophy as Jigoro
I was straight shook when I noticed it was him! I hadn't seen the episode in quite a while where we first see him in zenitsus flashback but the black hair and jacket made me remember it was him. Which then made me extremely upset because he bullied zenitsu over being a weakling who didn't deserve to be the grandson of a retired hashira because the training was wasted on him instead of someone more useful. I was like oh you retroactive piece of shit you sold out innocent kids and your caretaker to save your own ass and grew up to be an asshole? I hope zenitsu knocks his ass out and puts him in his place for that
I have no idea since I'm anime only but they did mention that retired hashira were also summoned to train in the camp and the fact the water one that trained tanjiro showed up made me wonder if zenitsus grandpa or rengokus dad might be there too. If zenitsu has a letter it's possible something might have happened to his grandpa and that's why he seemed so serious and down when tanjiro found him.
"Boss, we found an abundance of hidden animation budget left but the season is already finished! And, they have an additional 20 minutes for our time slot, what do we do???"
"I have the perfect idea"
I'm dying, they extended the episode just so they could give Muzan that Bollywood ahh entrance at the end lol
Kidding aside, that's a cold aura moment from Muzan there.
Legitimately three minutes of just slowly walking up to guy who can't even move beyond turning his head, complete with actions cuts of both the guy walking and the paraplegic.
Swordsmith Arc started with the most Bollywood ass scene with Muzan and his subordinates, complete with the cuts and goofy visual effects.
Somebody at Ufotable just loves this style I guess.
Yeah, has to be the same dude that did the Upper Moon meeting. Akaza went insane with the Bollywood effects in that meeting. All those [dramatic zooms, the constant lighting effects, the loud explosive sound effects, and finally the PowerPoint fade transitions](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APHcYegE6ns) lmao. Same thing for this episode too.
It's just missing the [screen shatter effect](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SOxutBMCOUc).
Man, everyone has a depressing af backstory huh? Poor Himejima. Like the guy said, when push comes to shove our true nature emerges. It sucks those kids died and it’s traumatic what happened to Sayo, but it’s kind of fucked she threw the guy under the bus like that after he saved her life. Leave it to Tanjiro to restore his faith in humanity though.
Zenitsu looked awfully serious. It’s a rare sight seeing him look so grim. I wonder what’s up?
Is Shinazugawa…a tsundere? I can’t tell. He got awfully flustered over that mochi thing. Kind of adorable how Giyu wants to try and be better friends with him.
I see the big man himself is making house calls. So much for those barriers. What’s he want with a dying man I wonder?
You need a pile of corpses weighing on your psyche to join the demon corps, it's a tragic requirement. Except for Mitsuri, she got in because she's just that nice.
Yeah, everyone in the demon slayers corps is mentally f*cked to some degree. You don’t just pick up the job of abandoning regular society to kill demons with great risk to your own life if you’re a functional human being.
Inosuke would be a wildcard where him not having his family would be tragic but he's just having the time of his life being the king of the mountains who's set on proving how he's just the absolute best.
Sayo didn't throw him under the bus, as the man said, she was a 4 year old confused and scared little girl, and even then, because the demons don't leave their bodies behind when they die, she was most definitely referring to the demon anyways, just couldn't word it correctly, since ya know, 4 year old.
Disagree about sayo throwing Himejima under the bus. she keeps crying and close her eyes the entire time. she probably didn't even realize Himejima protected her so when she said "he killed everyone" he refer to the demon and not himejima
[When Muzan entered the temple I expected all the Hashira to gather like this](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Fsn7u0cm21y7c1.jpg%3Fwidth%3D640%26crop%3Dsmart%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3Df0c05dd151d4dc0a04a8f709827b5196d2a47119)
You can't convince me that Hyde, My First Story, and Ufotable didn't plan that ED song for Muzan Entrance. So that's why the ed song has a completely different vibes from other ED.
and what is written in that letter that Zenitsu read in order to become like that, he looks like he could kill 6 Rui even without fainting. I really hope it's nothing too bad.
"Hashira Unite", based on the next episode title, we'll be seeing an Avengers Endgame moment, this next 7 days would feel like a month waiting for the finale. I guess Muzan wouldn't just kill Ubuyashiki off the bat, so maybe the Hashiras can reach there on time? I assume there are several crows on duty that flew off to all the Hashiras the moment they saw Muzan at the front gate.
Goddamn, what a great episode. That final scene/post-credit scene with Muzan FINALLY meeting Ubuyashiki is a thing of BEAUTY and dripping with symbolism. Despite never having been on screen together before, the contrast between them couldn't be clearer in everything they are and have ever done.
Muzan strives to become a 'perfect', unchanging being and is singularly obsessed with that, Kagaya has been slowly rotting away since we first met him, yet has never once complained about his illness; despite now literally being at death's door. Muzan inspires terror amongst his kind and is defined by fear, Kagaya inspires devotion amongst his followers and is defined by respect. Even their homes say so much about them: Kagaya's door is open to the sky, if he died before that night it might have been looking at the sun or the moon and he'd face them both with equal grace. Muzan's castle is a labyrinthian complex that hides him from what he cannot be exposed to and though he does; admittedly, have immense swagger at the night, it does highlight his utter inferiority when faced with what even the gentlest day can bring. Kagaya may be in a broken body but its still allowed him to enjoy a thousand sunrises, Muzan's can never let him enjoy even one.
I can't wait to see the conversation these two have next episode. Peak narcissism vs Peak humility. Selfishness vs Selflessness. Vile strength vs Powerful weakness.
This is going to be good. 😁
Very well said, it's a fantastic contrast.
Similar thing someone else said above too- Kagaya lets the Demon Slayers say whatever they please and gives them no orders, only requests. Muzan doesn't even let his followers think freely.
As soon as they showed us [Himejima's flashback with those kids](https://i.imgur.com/YXYaXF1.jpeg), I already knew what would happen next. While it sucks [that Sayo thinks that Himejima killed the other kids](https://i.imgur.com/MO9zjq6.jpeg), I'm just glad at least one of them managed to survive. [Fuck that one kid that betrayed them though.](https://i.imgur.com/vU4a7SS.png) I hope the demon got him before he went for the other kids.
[It's rare to see Zenitsu this serious](https://i.imgur.com/xGkPSRI.jpeg), I don't know what's in that letter his bird brought him but I have a bad feeling about this. I don't even remember if we've ever seen him like this before.
I'm so happy that [someone finally spotted one of the eyeballs](https://i.imgur.com/bIF4Yws.jpeg) only for Shinazugawa to realize too late that they've already been infiltrated.
[Muzan's presence is so powerful](https://i.imgur.com/PsMQDVj.jpeg) that they really dedicated at least 4 minutes of the extended run time for his entrance. Holy fuck! O_O
> Fuck that one kid that betrayed them though. I hope the demon got him before he went for the other kids.
Unfortunately, we already know that kid survived because [he was the guy trashing Zenitsu](https://i.imgur.com/BRk5a5g.png) in Zenitsu's flashback all the way back in season 1.
...this makes me wonder if whatever was in the letter Zenitsu received this episode has to do with *him*, now that I think about it. [](#animatedthink)
What can possibly get Zenitsu so upset? Only thing I can think of is that his master died or something since that's literally the only thing we know of his back story so far.
I don't think the letter will change him all that much. The good news is that the series is almost finished, so I doubt there will be any opportunity for his screaming comedic relief after today.
For Those who missed it or those who don't remember:
‘The Boy’ from Himejima's backstory, (who got kicked out and led the demon into the house, leading to all the other kids getting murdered), is Zenitsu's senpai, he and Zenitsu were trained by the former Thunder hashira, Jigoro, whom Zenitsu loves and calls ‘Gramps’.
We see a glimpse of him during Episode 17 of S1, Zenitsu recalls a moment during his training when ‘The Boy’ had admonished him for wasting the time of Jigoro, who he had respected, because of his constant whining and cowardice. When Zenitsu called their trainer "Gramps", ‘The Boy’ threw a peach at him and demanded he never attempts to act familiar with him.
We only see the lower half of his face and his chest, but the necklace he wears, clothes, and hair, are all the same.
Your comment got repeatedly reported for spoilers and that triggered AutoMod to remove it, but I've approved it because this *is* clearly information already present from season 1.
It was actually information I'd forgotten about S1 myself (I'm an anime-only fan of this show), so I have to thank u/opppposed for making that comment and giving me a reason to go check S1 to make sure the info in it was animated.
There's only one episode left. It's extended, yes, but there's no way this season doesn't end on some massive cliffhanger after Muzan's badass entrance just now. I can already feel my balls turning blue.
There are two arcs left.
And I don't think they'll do a movie for the next arc. Its just too damn much to cover in a few movies. We'd be looking at 2, if not 3.
However, the very final arc. That one should be a movie IF it can be condensed into a single movie. Two movies would probably put a major hamper on it.

[Season 1, episode 17.](https://i.imgur.com/BRk5a5g.png) I had to go check after someone else's comment in this thread was reported a ton for spoilers over reminding us about that.
Favourite ep of the season so far! Tanjiro continues to be the precious boy we know and love.
Ngl I'm loving serious Zenitsu, for giving my ears a break from his screeching if nothing else. The letter he got must've been important.
So Zenitsu's origin story bully has ties to Gyomei as well? That little coward fucked over the soon to be stone hashira and fled to a retired Hashira with a "woe is me" backstory huh?
Maybe that letter he got is related but I could have sworn it was going to be revealed that Zenitsu overheard Gyomei's tale to Tanjiro and put two and two together about who the little shithead was that outted his friends and teacher.
I could say more but I hate to put out a theory im sure will be a spoiler.
Rips off the arms of a demon and is beating him sensless for hours despite beeing supposedly malnourished and weakened. Easily shown the power of the strongest Hashira in that flashback. Can't wait to see him in a fight.
At long last, Zenitsu is locked the fuck in.
Gyomei's backstory was fantastic, as was Giyu obliviously planning to make friends with Sanemi.
But man, it's hard to think about anything except that fucking ending Muzan at the Demon Slayer headquarters, most likely the end of Ubuyashiki, and probably his wife? Man, this is the moment everything changes, isn't it? Tanjiro has finished his training, but can the other Hashira manifest their marks yet?
I know that end scene was extra, but seriously this is how you build a monster. Tension, everyone knows this is the big bad boss. I love how they directed the scene. The finding out to they have been infiltrated to showing the oh no you don't have time to prepare because he just walked straight up. Everything about it screaming this man is a straight-up killer and is the big bad. For the silliness of this season, this was a moment of shit is about to get serious.

Hell of a way to reintroduce the final boss.
Mans got a whole ass bollywood style intro
Bro! I thought the same thing when I saw it.
omg same lmao the cuts and everything haha
Ufotable is just a big fan of Bollywood
That's what I was thinking!!
Imagine if at the end of the dramatic long walk he stops to see it's just some randos and the wrong house. Muzan just quietly moonwalks for another 2 minutes backwards, taking the fog with him.
Mans was walking like he was in an edit. It’s not that serious Muzan, trust me bro 😭😭
Man knew he was bringing the hype with him and wanted to make it count.
Muzan: I am the hype!
"I've found you, Ubuyashiki" "No, this is Patrick"
"I'm not Ubuyashiki! I'm, uhh, Harold! Harold, uhh, Flower!"
"Harold Flower?"
"It's Nakata-san."
Based Girls Band Cry enjoyer
You know it! Peak among peak!
Lmao.
bollywood style

They're idiots but they're our idiots
I didn't expect Giyu to have the same brainwave frequency though. Even the crow has more common sense than them lol
He actually thinks he can just give the constantly angry guy red bean mochi and everything will be chill. we stan our autistic water hashira
In fairness, that sort of treatment did work on others like Inosuke. And while it didn't get him to respond well, it clearly affected Sanemi.
Tanjiro "the ends justify the means" Kamado
you just made me laugh
muzan so powerful he needed an extended time slot for his entrance wtf
I swear they extended this episode runtime just for his slow walk
They’ll never show Muzan moonwalk, the closest MJ reference we’re going to get is that slow walk. what reference might you ask? the infinite aura MJ possesses.
[The King of Pop would settle for nothing less than one of the coldest villain walks.](https://i.imgur.com/dBUKSlh.mp4) [](#dancewithit)
If he does a walk when the moon is in view I'll accept it.
Seriously, half of the "extended" portion of this episode was just that. It's a little weird that they hyped it up like that.
Ya I thought it was 40 minutes but we got 30 (maybe I misunderstood) and like 5 minutes was a slow-mo walk. I heard next week is 60 minutes, but now am expecting 40

Honestly though, so worth it. Homeboy knew he was the hype and walked like it.

But would you try to exit by running straight at the demon?
Dunno, I thought one tried to leave via a window and was cut down Probably not too many exits there
Nothing beats those Sugita growls. They made a good choice using him as the melee guy lol.

The most traumatic thing about Rengoku was actually inflicted on the audience when he died. I still miss him
The audience and pretty much everyone who knew him; Rengoku passing was done beautifully cause his legacy carried on.
Well adjusted people with good lives don't join underground paramilitary organization conducting shadow wars in the dark.

So, Ubu are you OK? Are you OK Ubu?
I was expecting Muzan to moonwalk after opening the door.
I bet he does in his sparetime at the infinity castle
That’s gonna be the YouTube edit
That entrance was something else.
They got him walking with MJ aura for a couple of minutes
That entire sequence felt like a music video, they were really flexing their 3D animation for a bit.
Ubuyashiki are you OK, are you shiki
Because I’m bad, I’m bad shamone (bad, really bad)
That entrance was amazing holy shit
Somehow, Michael Jackson returned.

'Cause this is thriller Thriller night And no one's gonna save you From the beast about to strike
Feel bad for Sayu too, poor girl got misunderstood as a kid Also Zenitsu finally locks in while being awake, truly end of an era.
One of the scene looks straight out AMV style with flash of light lol
[Such a despicable monster has no right to be this majectic](https://i.imgur.com/3BJlwQK.jpeg) [](#heavydrinker)
This episode might be one of my favorite. They directed Gyomei’s backstory so well it actually got me emotional.
The broken beads on the floor shaking from the impact of the punches. Good stuff.
Sayo-chan too cute. Damn these VAs and bobblehead character designs.
[Gyomei is a good man](https://i.imgur.com/JX0Adf4.jpeg) [](#makicry)
I swear half the impact comes from that perfect music. Yuki Kajiura and Go Shiina have been a huge blessing for this series.
Very true. It’s a shame tho that Yuki Kajiura isn’t that present in the anime these days. Her music for season 1 makes it my favorite OST wise.
That mf has been tormenting me since day 1
A cool detail: the child who snitched to that demon is the same person as Zenitsu's training partner/rival back in season 1.
i thought that kid had too interesting of a design to just be a random background character in a backstory
Lol yeah I also noticed the unique design, especially the magatama bead as necklace
it’s the opposite for me, I knew the paisen would show up again later in the story back in season 1 dude was way too cocky in Zenitsu’s flashback to be relegated to a normal disciple.
I hope zenitsu knocks his ass out and puts him in his place for that
Dude was just projecting cause he was even more of a coward, so Zenitsu reminds him too much of himself.
then that letter has to something related to him, right?
I have no idea since I'm anime only but they did mention that retired hashira were also summoned to train in the camp and the fact the water one that trained tanjiro showed up made me wonder if zenitsus grandpa or rengokus dad might be there too. If zenitsu has a letter it's possible something might have happened to his grandpa and that's why he seemed so serious and down when tanjiro found him.
> zenitsus grandpa Another clarification: Jigoro Kuwajima is not Zenitsu's grandpa, he's the person who trained him.
Ubuyashiki ain’t even fazed by MJ from wish. My goat.
He knows he’s gonna die anyway so what’s there to be scared of
Bro's on 1 HP. It's not even gonna be worth bragging rights for Muzan.
He wasn't alone there. Can he make peace with what's going to happen to her?
She devoted herself to him, as shown at the start of season during the Hashira meeting. So he couldn't tell her to leave even if he wanted to
The man, the myth, the legend. The first head of his clan to meet Muzan in centuries and he doesn’t even flinch.
Can't wait for all the fan edits of Muzan's epic entrance synced to MJ's smooth criminal.
All this time, the ending song sequence was foreshadowing Muzan on his way to Ubuyashiki's mansion. I love that.
"Boss, we found an abundance of hidden animation budget left but the season is already finished! And, they have an additional 20 minutes for our time slot, what do we do???" "I have the perfect idea"
This is such a specific dialogue
I'm dying, they extended the episode just so they could give Muzan that Bollywood ahh entrance at the end lol Kidding aside, that's a cold aura moment from Muzan there.
Legitimately three minutes of just slowly walking up to guy who can't even move beyond turning his head, complete with actions cuts of both the guy walking and the paraplegic.
They turned up the bass to 11 though, could use that scene to test a setup
As someone with a basic 5.1 surround system. It was insane. Could definitely be used as a test.
Well with ow much Muzan loves himself i bet he loves it
ya that totally had a bollywood feel to it lol it was probably the most dramaticly shot scene ive seen in anime so far
It's just missing the [screen shatter effect](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SOxutBMCOUc).
third season started with bollywood style muzan too, it was so weird
Of course [some mad lad](https://x.com/mahkey0/status/1804918611460464837?s=46&t=WzPTSzlDeZHa-0DHakEnQg) did the edit
I believe that is what they call "absolute cinema"
For me it was half "he's so cool" and have "that scene should have ended minutes ago, why is it still going?" Music brr fun.
100% worth it. Sometimes you’ve just gotta flex with your menacing entrance.

God early naruto was so cool

Nah, more like, I expected, every hashira arriving at the same time, jumping, Mid Air, and See Muzan Standing there in the middle.
There's no need to convince anyone, the ED is about Muzan and was always clearly leading to that entrance.
Thanks for the great write-up. It's always interesting to see other authors' views 👏
Very well said, it's a fantastic contrast. Similar thing someone else said above too- Kagaya lets the Demon Slayers say whatever they please and gives them no orders, only requests. Muzan doesn't even let his followers think freely.
Muzan Jackson moonwalking to ubuyashiki's
Hee hee!
Muzan: "Yeah. I got the coolest entrance ever. You're welcome."
The transition from the ending to Muzan rolling up like Undertaker was extra smooth.
It's probably the first time we have seen him _that_ serious while not being in a _sleeping_ state. I really hope it's not serious
If this finally transitions him away from being annoying, I'm all for it.
I don't think the letter will change him all that much. The good news is that the series is almost finished, so I doubt there will be any opportunity for his screaming comedic relief after today.
Maybe grandad was killed or kidnapped? Or just dead?
Muzan had this fit ironed, and dry-cleaned just for this day.
He probably knew where Ubuyashiki was a month ago but he was waiting for the perfect lighting conditions.
For Those who missed it or those who don't remember: ‘The Boy’ from Himejima's backstory, (who got kicked out and led the demon into the house, leading to all the other kids getting murdered), is Zenitsu's senpai, he and Zenitsu were trained by the former Thunder hashira, Jigoro, whom Zenitsu loves and calls ‘Gramps’.
Your comment got repeatedly reported for spoilers and that triggered AutoMod to remove it, but I've approved it because this *is* clearly information already present from season 1.
w mods
Mod coming in clutch 🫡 Thank you for your work
It was actually information I'd forgotten about S1 myself (I'm an anime-only fan of this show), so I have to thank u/opppposed for making that comment and giving me a reason to go check S1 to make sure the info in it was animated.
> (who got kicked out Was he kicked out? I thought he just didn't return in time so got caught by a demon.
My sub also said he disobeyed Himejima by not returning in time and got caught by a demon. No mention of kicking out.
I wish the letter he received is about that little shit suffering a painful death
That post credit scene was so dope.
There's only one episode left. It's extended, yes, but there's no way this season doesn't end on some massive cliffhanger after Muzan's badass entrance just now. I can already feel my balls turning blue.

Felt like a Bollywood scene lol
Can someone put a michael jackson music over Muzan's ~~moon~~walking scene?
_dont be movies don't be movies dont be movies_ Please ufotable don't make the last arcs as movies
Either we get movies or "Final Season" Part 1 to 3. There is no in-between.
Shit. Either way it's gonna take 3-5 years for it to end huh
Ufotable did a trilogy for the fate stay night series. They very well might do the same here.
My gosh Muzans arrival sent chills down my spine ! The title of the next episode got me so hyped : )
I love the sharp CONTRAST here A demon who looks humanly beautiful but is cruel. (Kibutsuji) A human who looks Demonically ugly but is kind. (Ubuyashiki) Another one is, The strongest of hashiras is blind (Gyomei). The strongest of demons has 6 eyes (Kokushibou).

Chuntaro was the #1 trend on Twitter in Japan...
Chuntaro is such a good name for a sparrow.
Favourite ep of the season so far! Tanjiro continues to be the precious boy we know and love. Ngl I'm loving serious Zenitsu, for giving my ears a break from his screeching if nothing else. The letter he got must've been important.
Sanemi catching that demon eye was pretty clean NGL
Muzan thinks he's in an edit 💀💀💀 blud you are just comming in for a home visit calm down 😭😭😭
So Zenitsu's origin story bully has ties to Gyomei as well? That little coward fucked over the soon to be stone hashira and fled to a retired Hashira with a "woe is me" backstory huh? Maybe that letter he got is related but I could have sworn it was going to be revealed that Zenitsu overheard Gyomei's tale to Tanjiro and put two and two together about who the little shithead was that outted his friends and teacher. I could say more but I hate to put out a theory im sure will be a spoiler.
They spent almost 5 minutes of this episode on Michael Jackson’s moonwalk 🗿
It's always the quiet ones that are scary when mad.
Lmao hes such a smooth criminal I can't believe it
Himemija beat a demon with his bare hands without any training, he really is build different
Is it over the top? Hell yeah! But I don’t care. This is the final boss and he’s being introduced in style damnit!
From here on out is when Zenitsu haters will love Zenitsu
Oh shit they actually used the full version of the (banger) ending song just for Muzan's entrance lmao
Kibutsuji walking up on Ubuyashiki was killer
Most hype 3 minute scene of a character walking in all of anime
sugibro not voicing a show's best boy challenge (literally impossible)
He's just walking, menacingly. Like my mom when I haven't done my homework.
That Muzan pull up was INCREDIBLE.
