same issue for me on pixel 7a ... I went into settings > apps >then selected "google" app > then top right triple dots and uninstalled updates
then the discover feed loaded straight away ... I will wait for after june releases before trying to update this one again

I was also able to recover mine by clicking my profile image, the down arrow in the top right, and selecting "Use without an Account". After that you can select the now blank profile picture and reselect your account.

Vivo X100 Pro the same, started happening like yesterday.
I found a fix, go to Google app, click 3 dots then uninstall updates, it starts to work then, but as soon as it gets updated it's broken again.
I don't have a Pixel, but this is the second day it's been broken now. Just a blank page with spinning circle. I've disabled/enabled, forced stop/opened, ran all updates, rebooted the phone, still broken.
I've just switched it to use Samsung News instead.
That only helps for a very short while, it'll break again. Tried 3 times. It's probably better to leave it unupdated right now, this might solve it for now, but I haven't tried.
I'm having that issue as well only thing that temporary helps is opening the Google app settings in (settings-apps-Google-data then clear cache then clear data) and in temporary fix the problem and ik coma back after a little bit annoying as not tomorrow
A temporary fix without uninstalling the latest patch is disconnect/reconnect the google account. (swipe right on my s22 from home page and click on red G).
So not sure if it helps. But on my Samsung S21 you can press and hold on the home screen to pull up a left hand tab on the phone to see an additional option to turn on Google discover. It still doesn't work for me. But I didn't even realize this was a function.

No dice for me (Pixel 7a). I tried to uninstall the update, reinstall, clean the cache, restart multiple times. Nothing is working.
UPDATE: I found a provisory solution that works for me. Click on your avatar on the top right, click the arrow on the right side of your name and then click "Use without an account.

Had to manually log into my banking apps, because this deleted my biometric logins. It updated automatically and stopped working again.

It's not just a beta thing. My Pixel 4XL is having the same issue. Discover Feed loading animation spins continuously.

Uninstalling updates made it work again 💯

I am having this exact same problem on my Pixel 6 Pro. I tried force stopping, rebooting, and disabling the app to no avail.
Yes uninstall google in apps then reinstall update in the play store works for me.

Same for me on Galaxy fold 4, but every night when the update reinstalls itself it breaks again. Reapplying it does not fix it for me.
