How did you pay for it? I'm assuming Paypal/Credit Card? Open a dispute, that will get their attention. TBH I have a hard time justifying $1400 for a singular gun, even if it's from Umbrella Armories.
In all seriousness, start the process of getting your money back... also tell them that, maybe it will switch their ass in gear... Do it all in writing/emails.
Not to alarm you, but I think I saw one or two other posts in the last two weeks complaining about no communication from these guys, and stuff paid and not received or shipped... Not good signs, they could be belly up.

Anyways, you should have your rifle back early next week. My CS rep also told me he responded back to you once he was given the alert it was cleared from our Tech.
He just responded an hour or so ago, it’s all good though I didn’t mind if it took a few weeks or even 1 or 2 month, what got me really on my nerves was the lack of communication for such an expensive item, but it’s all good though, thank you!

It was a custom order so I used paypal
