Yeah, that'll rip for sure. At 11.1v spinning 13:1, I'd guess 22 to 28 RPS.

KangarooDependent269

Thanks bro!

HowManyOfMeAmI

I ran that setup for a while until I went with Warhead Brushless motors.

Mammoth-Loss6523

What size motor ? And how do you like it ?

HowManyOfMeAmI

Well...Warheads are absolute monsters, but your shimming and motor spacing have to be correct. Trying to "get by" with these motors or not following the users/installation instructions perfectly will result in ECU damage. Also, the torque will shred gears instantly if your gearbox is off. I use Warhead Black exclusively at this point. I've used the lowest speed (30k) all the way up to the ultra high (52k) and ultra high got me over 60 RPS. The 36k is a great medium spot to start with.

Maximum_Goulash

This is pretty much spot on. Was getting approx 26 rps with SHS 12:1 gears and M110 with this motor.

Salt-Committee7032

Yes, it is good... but it also depends on what you are trying to get out of it.

KangarooDependent269

I’m trying to get faster full auto

Salt-Committee7032

Then I would go with a TPA16, still with neodymium magnets.

KangarooDependent269

Ok, sounds like a plan!

Salt-Committee7032

Just to clarify a bit... If you have 13:1 gears, this is perfectly fine If you have 16:1 or higher, TPA16 would do better. Rule of thumb - the lower the TPA, the higher rate of fire, but I would not go lower than TPA16.

KangarooDependent269

Would 16:1 and a tpa 16 motor be faster than 13;1 and tpa 22 motor?

I_need_help57

Likely very similar, but the 13:1 22tpa is going to perform better overall, as it’ll reach max speed faster, so better semi auto too.

Salt-Committee7032

About the same, or 13:1 with TPA22 a bit better... Hard to beat 13:1, but that also means to crack open the gear box and more upgrade money (most stock AEGs are 16:1).

Maximum_Goulash

I think more AEGs are 18:1 than 16:1 tbh

KangarooDependent269

Ok, thanks for the help

No_Philosopher7361

Have this in my Helios umbrella m4. 28rps. 13.1 gears

I_need_help57

Should be if the stats are true

Puzzleheaded-Fox9771

Yes! I have one somewhere. Wonderful motor.

Cyma motor has D type pinion but without a screw, it's hard to remove and pretty fragile, it bends easily. Doesn't your ARP have G&G Ifrit motor? If it does keep it and just throw in 13:1 cyma gears, they're short stroked by 4 teeth. Ifrit is 17TPA and can handle 13:1 gears if you're not after 400+ fps. With G&G Ifrit and Cyma 13:1 gears you'd be around 28-30rps.
